If a paid order never checks in, FlowWitness opens one incident and emails the selected team address with a Shopify Admin order link. Review pending, completed, overdue, and late-completed events in one timeline. FlowWitness stores identifiers and timestamps, not customer names, addresses, line items, or payment details.
