Build one campaign containing every promotion you want to run. It applies as a single discount at checkout. A campaign can combine a percentage or fixed amount off, a buy X get Y, volume breaks, mix and match, an order discount and shipping discounts. Set the order they run in, how they combine on the same item, and a cap on the total. Each promotion carries its own checkout wording, with the amount saved filled in.
