Cognito Assistant helps merchants answer FAQ questions without staffing live chat. You can add questions and answers in the app, or import them through a CSV format. A theme app embed adds a chat widget to the Storefront. User asks query. App searches your FAQs and returns closest matching answer. If there is no match, it will display your fallback message and recommend related FAQ questions. To set it up, just turn on the embed in the theme editor and save your FAQ list.
