Imports, integrations, and product edits can leave required catalog fields empty. SpecFinch lets teams define read-only data contracts for active products, product types, or collections. The first scan separates existing cleanup from later new, returned, worsened, or resolved findings. Review issues in Shopify Admin, open affected products, export CSV, and receive change-only digests. SpecFinch requests only read_products and never edits catalog data.

• Define required product, variant, and metafield data
• Separate existing cleanup from new and returned issues
• Monitor active products by type or selected collection

Set your price and estimated gross-margin limits, then check supported Shopify percentage discounts before launch. See missing costs, price issues and unsupported conditions with the inputs behind each result. Approve a baseline to monitor changes during the campaign and compare prices after it ends. PromoFinch is read-only: you make corrections in Shopify. Calculations use your shop’s base currency and available product costs, not net profit or checkout simulation.

• Check supported percentage discounts against your price and margin limits
• See missing costs, pricing issues and the calculation behind each finding
• Monitor campaign changes and compare final prices with your approved baseline
