Clock In gives retail teams a staff time clock built into your POS. Employees clock in and out using a PIN or automatic sign-in, and the app records their hours, breaks, and location automatically. Managers can review and edit timecards, set per-location time zones, and flag daily or weekly overtime against thresholds you set. Open shifts can auto-close at a set time each day if staff forget to clock out. At payroll time, filter shifts by date, employee, or location and export them to CSV.

Safety Stock prevents overselling by keeping a buffer of inventory in reserve. Instead of waiting until stock hits zero, the app marks a product as sold out once its available quantity reaches the threshold you set, so the remaining units stay protected for in-store sales, samples, or pending orders. Apply thresholds across your whole store or target specific products, collections, tags, and locations, and set priorities when rules overlap. Rules update automatically as inventory changes.
