FoundVia shows one optional post-purchase question on the Thank You page and for signed-in buyers on Order Status. Customize the thank-you message, question and answer choices, preview the survey, and publish when ready. Buyers can skip it. Review answer counts and shares over 7, 30, or 90 days, see order-value snapshots by currency, and export retained answers as CSV. Test orders stay out of live reports.
