When an order ships in several boxes, Shopify sends a separate shipping email for each one, and customers ask where the rest of their order is. Boxly waits until the order has fully shipped, adds every tracking number to one shipment and has Shopify send a single Shipping update email from your own template, branding and sender address. Boxly never emails your customers itself and does not read their names, emails or addresses.

• One Shipping update email per multi-box order, sent from your own template
• Every tracking number in that email, each with its own carrier tracking link
• Choose the quiet period and the maximum wait for partially shipped orders
• Activity log that shows what happened to each order and why
• Dry run mode and a template check before any order is changed
