Vocallia gives your store a phone number and an agent that answers it. Callers are verified with their order number and postal code or email before the agent shares any order detail. It then reads out order, delivery, product and store policy information from your store. It does not issue refunds or cancel orders. It logs those requests, adds a note to the order and offers your support email. You choose whether callers can be put through to a person and whether calls are recorded.
