Akdly helps merchants manage cash-on-delivery confirmations inside Shopify. Customize order messages and customer choices, send one optional follow-up, and review replies in the Inbox. Confirmation adds a tag; cancellation records a request without automatically cancelling the order. Connect an existing WhatsApp phone by scanning a QR code from Linked devices.

• Customize COD messages, customer choices and separate replies for each branch.
• Preview your flow before publishing; follow up once when customers do not reply.
• Review order decisions and conversations in Shopify with owner-only actions.
