Great service - Recently moved from another review tool to Stamped.io - very helpful staff answering my questions and sorting the issues out quickly, and easy to move everything over. The instruction on BigCommerce integration is easy to follow, which makes life a lot easier when I was modifying the codes myself.

Still getting acquainted - Still learning about this app, but so far I have no issues to report. I have not received feedback from customers yet though and I have been using this app over 6 months. I cannot tell if customers are ignoring or simply not getting notified.

Great app and support - The app and support have been great to work with. We had to switch from Yotpo when it's integration coding started causing our theme to not function properly. It was easy to switch over an import all of our reviews from Yotpo. Stamped.io was great at responding to any questions that we had and helped get us up and running. Since then, they have continued to be great at answering questions and helping us make sure the integration is still solid after updating our theme.

great product, great support - Stamped has been a good move for us. We do miss a couple of minor things from the previous company we were with but are learning to do without these. The Stamped team helped with the migration and the everything was pretty smooth with the switch. The reviews are coming in and things are working the way we would expect them too. We have looked at adding the rewards and referrals upgraded but the cost associated with this is pretty steep so we are looking at other BC partners to add this feature to our site.

Nice Looking Reviews and Good Customer Service - As the previous review said, there have been a few bugs with the app, but Stamped.IO has been quick to respond to any issues and fix them. The reviews look really great on our store! So far I am happy that we added this app to improve our reviews.

Excellent Customer Service - I just switched from Smile.IO to the new Loyalty and Rewards with Stamped.IO - a few glitches along the way but super helpful and quick response to all my questions and issues! Now we are up and running with a new and improved rewards program that is integrated with the reviews!

Stamped on Big Commerce - Just upgraded from the free to basic plan. They were very helpful with support. Hopeful Stamped will bring in the reviews I need.

Great Value, Superior Service - I believe Stamped provides the best value out of any CGC platform. The setup was incredibly easy, it does everything I need it to do, and the customer support has been excellent. I had concerns knowing that their team is based in Singapore, but this has not been an issue whatsoever. They can usually respond and take action on any of my requests within 24hrs. They have been very easy to work with, and they have helped me many times over the last month or so. Their display widgets look great, and the front end works well. I would recommend them to any e-commerce store looking to take advantage of CGC.

Very Grateful - I cannot tell you how many times their customer support has helped me. They are all fantastic and I keep finding new tools and tricks in the app itself. Most of my questions are answered within their blogs but if you need extra help they are always happy to help and they've never made me feel stupid!
