Stamped.io FAILED - At one time I gave them 4 stars, now they get 1. They stopped sending review requests and blamed Bigcommerce. It takes 3-4 days to get a response from support. Meanwhile customer loyalty program is not being updated and reviews are not going out. They are not cooperating in exporting my old reviews, and the exports I have gotten in the past do not have product ID's so converting them to a new provider is a pain. It's too bad, I really liked them up until now but I feel let down and not valued as a customer. I only got canned responses for the issue of not sending new review requests. Seriously become a joke. I will be finding a new provider ASAP.

Great platform - Love stamped! Wish the volume pricing was a bit better however. Great customer support.

Great App. Great Support and Service! - We've been using Stamped.io for our product review system for years. Consistently great service and support over the years. Always responsive to our questions. For example: Because of OUR BigCommerce theme customizations, every time we apply a bigcommerce theme update, our review ratings disappear. Which is not Stamped.io's fault. But Stamped.io fixes it for us IMMEDIATELY every time. We really appreciate the consistent and responsive support!

Great service/value - Stamped.io is a rare find for me in that the value for the services that you get are excellent compared to competitors and the customer service is really top-notch, both knowledgeable and quick. "Icing on the cake" they're always adding new features too.

Best Free Option - This is by far the best free Review app on the BigCommerce Market. No need to pay for another one when you get the basics plus some with their free version and then it gets better from there.
