Review on a Very Buggy Reviews App. - To begin, I have extensive website development and management experience on multiple open-source and SAAS platforms going all the way back past the inception of Magento beta and dynamic database platforms . This app looked promising. However, support had me reinstall several times and it still was buggy. Support couldn't even pull the built-in reviews. Had to do it manually. Trying to configure the features, I experienced unresponsive links and couldn't save anything. Auto imported scripts in Script Manager would not work. Support had me create a new script for me to use which I later figured out was script for blueprint, not stencil. You are on your own to try to figure out where to place the star code in the category (card.html) as they don't know, and the docs are vague. They push it onto you to figure it out or take it up with your developer (which I am). Honestly, the code to be installed in the card.html didn't look totally compatible either, as though it was missing coding in the phrase, and without knowing exactly what or where the app is calling from, its hard to assume exactly where to place it in the html and how to surround the code so that it would work with the rest of the existing code. Needless to say, getting the stars "badges" to show on the category (collection) pages or on the home page was a no-go. Currently the app has a mind of its own, as it has locked me out, after a few days, with a pulsating signin or signup page that won't take any of my regularly used emails. I learned it pulled an email that has nothing to do with the admins. So be aware of the warnings of what the app requires access to. Chat support is great and quick to respond if you are not technically inclined, but anything past that, they push you off to email support which is at best 24 hours away. Try to reach chat people via email after the send you copy of chat and they ghost you. In all fairness they were willing to dive in, after the flames got high, as email tech support asked me to give them access to the theme with permissions to alter html pages, as well as the script manager and other unrelated areas, but, given the way things went, that's not gonna happen. Disappointed.**UPDATE: I feel I need to update this scathing review made out of pure frustration and bad timing. After over a week of working with Stamped support, (for which they never gave up on trying to help) hammering out the many integration issues, (many of which appear to be more browser and cache, than their app, and how one goes about installing the app from Stamped gateway or logged in to Bigcommerce's marketplace gateway), and fixing scripts and other issues, we were able to get the app running and off the ground. So I since bumped my 1 star to a 3 star.***I'm not sure how they got a 5 star rating, unless its all Shopify reviews, but this app is not suited for Bigcommerce platform with above average customer traffic. ***HOWEVER*** now being over three months into this app, I have had nothing but problems with this app since I downloaded it. From the start, one inept support person after another, has given bad advice, later to be fixed by another tech support person, all to the total end cumulation of a miserably horrible experience with a half baked platform. Eslam, who I question his knowledge and experience, has acknowledged that the app is buggy and has also acknowledged the issues and has said that they are working on it. Its the same bull#### over and over and over again. They ask me for screenshots and explanations. Then respond as if they never even read anything past the second sentence, and then vaguely ask for more details. They can't explain why the app isn't pulling new orders up out of Bigcommerce. They can't explain why newly shipped orders review email workflows have not been showing up in the queue. Then they advise, well for now, they are still showing under pending, but then they quit showing there. Then another tech states that they should be showing in Archived (what???)Now they can't explain why their app has not been placing review requests workflows in the QUEUE? They can't explain why the app keeps cutting off the workflow processes as it continues to think that I'm over my limit (actually only 1/5th used)? And forget about their great idea for new accounts to be able to send retroactive orders back 6 months. They manually had to nudge their app several times to send 11,000 emails, for which I continued to go over my limit and automatically hold new review emails in the queue (when working) from being sent out. Unfortunately, I had several hundred customers unsubscribe, because they resent the entire list several times in order to get all the orders covered in the retroactive group. And now they can't explain why nothing is showing in Queue or pending, for which I now have about a months worth of orders that have not been sent email review requests.YET THE INVOICING PART OF THE APP IS WORKING JUST FINE!!! I have put so much effort into this app that I've been trying to stick it out with these folks, as it has some nice features, ***EXCEPT THAT there is usually up to a 3 SECOND OR MORE DELAY BEFORE STARS OR REVIEWS APPEAR on any page including product pages*** ... which impact load times, and eventually impact Google website rankings. Speaking of Google, Stamped advertises that they are Google Partners, and thus your reviews will show up on Google Shopping. Well not so simple. Long story short, I have been a Google advertiser for many years and I had to contact Google support to make it happen, as Stamped techs just pushed the task/responsibility on to me ... Super disappointed ... *** So, I since lowered my 3 Star Rating back down to a 1 Star. Now I am looking elsewhere, and I doubt I'll see any of the monthly fees refunded as they have just ignored that part.

Product is clunky, support is slow - 2 stars because the product has overall great potential. The support has been relatively terrible. We chose stamped.io because unlike Yotpo, the sales team wasn't pushy and they were very informative. The product seems to have an amazing core functionality and has outstanding potential. If it works, it works just as good if not better than other review platforms. BUT....After our go live date, we experienced a configuration issue where the programmed URL was our trial store. This prohibited all orders and products from not importing correctly. At first, stamped indicated this is an issue on the BigCommerce side. After a ticket with bigcommerce that indicated the API is fully operational, it took several more emails to convince stamped support it was a stamped issue. We found the issue and sent to tech support which they finally changed and the problem was corrected. Several small issues occurred all with a support ticket created via email. Support is slow to respond. Tickets take minimum of 24 hours to receive a response and all of them have came in the morning hours (eastern time). Support appears to be foreign and English is clearly a second language. It hasn't caused many problems, but sometimes you have to explain things again so someone understand. When you do that - it's another 24 hours before someone responds. We imported all of our old orders into the store from a previous eCommerce platform. This maxed out our monthly order limit. We were told this was corrected. It was not. We requested again. We have not heard back as of yet. The dashboard is slow to respond. We calculated the time it takes to go between modules (reviews vs. loyalty) and at one point it took 19 seconds to load the platform. Other times faster, but you are waiting on most things to load beyond a reasonable level. The product at it's core is good. But everything around it is bad. I still would NOT choose Yotpo, but we will likely be looking at another provider at the end of our term that has been pre-paid unfortunately.

Expensive, Terrible Support - Waited 48 hours for a response to a ticket about reviews not displaying on our site. We got an automated, we received your request but nothing else. Really regretting I didn't actually read the reviews before spending the time and money as this kind of support seems pretty common.

Non-Existent Customer Support - STAY FAR FAR AWAY. They have the worst support of any company I have ever seen. They do not respond to support emails (we have sent several over the course of a few days and are still awaiting a response) and there is no phone number to contact anyone to get an actual human on the phone. Whatever benefit this application has is severely outweighed by the non-existent customer support. I would not recommend this app to anyone, ever.

Tons of issues - support desaster - I have 7 stores on bigcommerce and i installed this app. To use this app and to link it with google merchant center, it costs 100$/monthly. I'm paying 700$, i even didn't get any discount to put this app. This app is a nightmare, tons of problems : https://prnt.sc/sqqnPV46SVYy I have reported this issue 7 days ago, not a single answer, the issue is there on 6 stores on 7. They have fixed one but they can't provide dead line for the others one. Worst, we have changed the url of our websites. Until now it was , name.bigcommerce.com. We have migrated to new domain. The issue is the app doesn't take in consideration the migration so the reviews are blocked by google merchant center. After getting ignored for 7 days, this is the answer i got from the support : Hi, Thanks for your continued patience here while we continue to work through your ticket. I do apologize for the longer than usual wait times we've been experiencing. While I can't provide a definitive timeline right now, we will do our best to keep you updated on progress. I appreciate your time and hope to have a solution your way soon. They have fixed one store 3 weeks ago with the same issue but can't provide a timeframe for the other 6. To summarise, this app is extremely expensive, i'm paying 700$/monthly for a desaster support. We are looking for a solution to remove this app asap.

Stamped.io FAILED - At one time I gave them 4 stars, now they get 1. They stopped sending review requests and blamed Bigcommerce. It takes 3-4 days to get a response from support. Meanwhile customer loyalty program is not being updated and reviews are not going out. They are not cooperating in exporting my old reviews, and the exports I have gotten in the past do not have product ID's so converting them to a new provider is a pain. It's too bad, I really liked them up until now but I feel let down and not valued as a customer. I only got canned responses for the issue of not sending new review requests. Seriously become a joke. I will be finding a new provider ASAP.

Cant Get Rid of this APP!!! - I uninstalled this some time ago and my customers are still getting review emails from this APP, they have completely hijacked my customer reviews , contacted them now twice no reply, for god sake will someone properly uninstall this APP, dont get it its not worth it and its not free unless you only have 50 customers, then the price goes up and up

Cancel my account - I have asked to cancel my account last month. I had received a response that it will be cancelled, but wasn't. I contacted my PayPal and to get reimbursement. Next month I got charged again. This is not the way to handle your business.
