The best - Great folks to deal with. The app is awesome and I'm saving tons of money. If you choose this app, you will not regret it.

Better - Like the integrations for reviews on product pages etc. Needs some improvement on reviews that are not responded too when sent manually. I wish these were resent automatically with out having to email and upload the file again. Should be resent a few times at least until a response is made. Wish response times were quicker for help.

Best Customer Service Ever! - Stamped.io has better customer service than any app or software I use. Maybe any company I use. Some of my Bigcommerce problems have been fixed by Stamped.io and they weren't required to help me! They are reasonably priced, but provide excellent results and continuous improvements.

LOVE IT! - I wanted an app that integrated with Big Commerce, that also allowed people to start their review by selecting stars in an email. Saw this used by another company and grabbed it! Very easy to use and install. I've never had any issues, but by the sounds of other reviews, I'd get the help I needed!

Fantastic - Great app and reasonable costs. Helped to install and make changes required for the look. Even after 2 months with them never ceased to amaze me with the fantastic customer support. Never had to wait more than 4 hours for a reply. Keep up the work.

Excellent service and straightforward implementation - Very happy with our experience with Stamped.io. When we've had technical issues or made changes, their support has been quick and very helpful.

Straight on to the case! - We've been through several reviews systems and these guys are dynamic with innovation and backed up by a solid infrastructure that all works and if you have any issues they are on the case straight away. I don't think they ever sleep! :-)

Great Customer Service & Product - Moved to Stamped from Yotpo and saved over $1000/year. There customer support is incredible. While only email it's probably the best email support we have ever gotten. Really on the ball in installing their product and making any necessary adjustments. And they do their work very quickly as well. Should have left Yotpo sooner but better late than never.

Lots of features and very responsive customer service - The platform has tons of functionality. It takes sometime to get to understand it and get it setup but so far things are working really well. Customer service is email based but very responsive and proactive.Great so far.

Amazing App for Any Store - Stamped.io has helped us increase our customer reviews EXPONENTIALLY! Not something that could have happened with BigCommerce's default product rating system. As an added bonus, Stamped comes with so many extra features, it can truly benefit many aspects of our e-commerce store including marketing and SEO. Also, it's able to integrate with many common apps to enhance their functionality. Very amazing!
