Great All Around - It just works! Our team will make mistakes from time to time (some larger than others) which isn't an issue any longer. All we have to do is simply roll back the changes. And we are ready to go! Also, customer support has been great.

Set it and forget it - Rewind was the easiest app to implement and have it keep running. I can go and check all backups, initiate one manually and just let it run daily. A true great system for my site.

Rewind Backups - Our company has been using Rewind since July 2020. It's been a God send on a few occasion, where we needed to rollback content as well as recover data that was accidently deleted. The interface works well for DIY recovery. There have been times where I wasn't able to "click through" steps to recover specific data myself, after a large number of customers were accidently deleted, so I contacted Rewind support and they were happy to help me, which required their own developers building scripts to restore the data that was needed successfully, all in a timely fashion. We at MRH are quite satisfied!

Works well when I needed to use it. - I've only had to use the app once to revert after accidently deleting a bunch of products. It was very easy and intuitive to use and worked perfectly. I would consider this the must-have app if your bigcommerce website is of any importance at all to you.
