Rewind - Great product at a very reasonable price. We have been using Rewind for about 3 years and have had Zero issues with the App. Every week I get a report that all is running properly (I'm sure I could get a report every day but I don't need it) and once a Month I get my receipt. Everything works like clock work.We were doing some work and somebody disconnected the App and the backup stopped working. Rewind is so on the game, they notified me once they saw that the Link had been broken. I got back to them and the young lady that responded to my this morning walked me through getting connected and back up and running. It was very easy to work with her via email, I'n sure we could have done it about 2 minutes faster by Chat and another 30 seconds faster by Phone, but the email made it easy for me to do what I was doing and fix my Backup.10/10 on Product - Would Recommend - Am Still Using * 10/10 on support - Brittney was great - Would Highly recommend not screwing up your Apps.Thank You for listening to my TED talk

Didn't work - We had a catastrophic issue that caused all our categories to be deleted, when we went to use Rewind Backups, it didn't even work. We got an error and immediately reached out to support, who was unable to do anything. We waiting over a week to get a reply that nothing could be done. They were nice enough to refund us for every month we had ever paid, but I'd rather had paid and been able to actually have a reliable backup of my store. BEWARE!
