Great support - Luckily we have never had to use this app to restore our data, but it allows us to sleep easy knowing that all the data is safe and can be recovered at speed. Just wished we had had his around 10 years ago on a previous platform..enough said.. well worth the monthly spend.

Restores that work and top notch support! - Backups are something that are easy to forget about... until you need them. Having a solution that ensures things can get back on track when something goes wrong is critical. We recently needed our backups and the support from Noah was exactly what we needed to get a product that was corrupted by another vendor's software back online. I also recently had a question for support about another complex issue and Brittney was fast, friendly, and provided a thorough response. It's hard to find good products with equally good support when you need it. Rewind is the real deal and IMO worth every penny!

Great support on Export Data - Discovered that Rewind can export site data as zip file for extra local backup protection. Brittney walked me through it and explained it would be json format which we have capability to read if ever needed.Regular Rewind backups have saved us several times in past several years after glitches in Big Commerce's Storefront editor trashed some pages beyond fixing. Small investment for peace of mind. First time using customer service and Brittney replied same day on a Saturday and had my file ready same day. Great service!

Being Prepared for Disaster is Priceless! - Disaster struck and I was prepared by having Rewind! An import of products blew up all my product images, all 1500+ products. Great support, great product - This is one of those apps you do not think about until you need it. Thankfully I have only needed it once and with the help of support the recovery was quick. Most recently I added a new store and once again support replied immediately (on a Sunday) to my questions. Highly recommended.

Real Support Right Here - You can always tell the quality of the company you're working with by the way they handle things when they go wrong. We had a problem not only with our billing, but also with our backups. The support was exceptional! Emails back and forth were timely and helpful - a must when trying to resolve issues. Garbage - This product does not work, neither does their customer service. I paid for two years of service. When I finally needed a backup of my site it didn't work. I spoke with customer service several times over a period of two weeks. Though they sounded concerned and helpful, they ultimately were not. I guess $3/month was too good to be true.
