Works as expected - Great support - When we inadvertently deleted some html code on our site, Rewind allowed us to access it very easily. Customer support was very helpful. And the company honors its word.

Life saver when you need it - Rewind saved the day. After an incident with a developer who broke our Stencil theme on a Friday afternoon and wasn't responding, we were able to quickly roll back to a Stencil theme version shortly beforehand and avoid a weekend sales meltdown. The interface was easy to use and got the job done when it was emergency time!

I immediately got instructions from a customer support analyst (Brittney) with step-by-step instructions that answered my question. She also said to reply to her email, and she would confirm everything was correct on their end. Rewind Backup is a great product, and it appears their customer service is just as good.

Backup restore - I have paid for my Rewind subscription for many years and have not needed to do any restores. But recently I did - just a simple restore of a blog post. When I tried to do it Rewind app would not work. Turns out there is a fault with the app. It took 2 weeks for the Rewind team to sort out the problem!! In the meantime I had a blog page live on my site that I needed restored. Very poor customer experience with Rewind and I am now investigating other backup options.

Great support - Luckily we have never had to use this app to restore our data, but it allows us to sleep easy knowing that all the data is safe and can be recovered at speed. Just wished we had had his around 10 years ago on a previous platform..enough said.. well worth the monthly spend.

Brittney walked me through it and explained it would be json format which we have capability to read if ever needed.Regular Rewind backups have saved us several times in past several years after glitches in Big Commerce's Storefront editor trashed some pages beyond fixing. Small investment for peace of mind. First time using customer service and Brittney replied same day on a Saturday and had my file ready same day. Great service!
