Missing Subscription Options - The initial experience after installing the app was a bit off-putting due to being shown the lowest pricing option of $59, not $3 as listed on the BIgcommerce market place. I had a conversation with a bigcommerce service rep, who pointed out there was lower priced options. Yet those options where not displayed to me. After some back and forth with rewind backup they did mention there was lower tier pricing available to us. They did help adjust our subscription to a lower plan, that was and still not not visible to us. Thus the first impressions was not great. But support did try to help. Haven't had the app installed long enough to review the app itself yet. Will update after some time has past.

Marketplace Sync NightMare - I recently moved over to BigCommerce & within 1 week all my pricing & Variants were corrupted by a 3rd party Inventory Software. I panic and wonder aloud if I made a BIG MISTAKE choosing BigCommerce.To my DELIGHT, BigCommerce recommended REWIND. It give me an assurance each time I do a major update on my website, I can back-up immediately knowing that the hours spent is not going to be wasted again.So far so Good I did not have to do a restore. Like a good insurance it give me a good night sleep knowing that REWIND backs me up !!

Only Option - Rewind is the only option for a BC store. I needed to rewind on a weekend and could't because there is no automatic way for a user to restore a backup themselves, you need to contact support. The problem is support is close on the weekends so you are SOL until Monday. Rewind is a better than nothing option, but it is far from ideal. The fact that BC doesn't offer a backup solution natively is ridiculous in 2019. Plus it is annoying that rewind will keep emailing you. I received a email for this review.
