Keeps me up to date - I love knowing there's an auto backup running on some of my most valuable information. Can't imagine the consequences of going without! I was horrified to learn BigC doesn't keep one on their servers! YIKES! Luckily, there's a fairly inexpensive solution like Rewind Backup for that extra layer of security.

Rewind Backup Service for Big Commerce - Recently I was going to perform a bulk edit to my Big Commerce website.Before doing so, Big Commerce recommended that I add the app Rewind.I did so and then performed a backup.After the backup, I performed my bulk edit with the belief that if it went wrong, that I could simply restore my website to the backup.Well, the bulk edit corrupted my Option SetsWhen I tried to restore the website using Rewind it did not work.I contacted Rewind and they could not fix it either.In the end I had to go in and fix my option sets manuallyMy experience with Rewind was a disappointment.Their service did not work. Their support was slow to respond and was of no help and their website has broken links and dead ends.I cannot recommend Rewind based on my experience.

Peace of Mind - I'm a new customer, so I haven't needed to recover lost data yet. But this is a nice "insurance policy" for my store. It backs up every night without me doing a thing. Manual backups are very tedious, so Rewind allows me to focus on operating my store instead of protecting it.

Back Up - I'm a new customer to rewind back up, but so far, so good! No complaints at all at this time.Really makes back up easy.

Rewind Support - We had an issue where we deleted a number of real customers that got mixed up with a spam attack that had created 100s of hack accounts. Logan and the guys at rewind helped us fix the issue in a few hrs. It was a good move getting this service :)
