Helpful & Easy to Use - We use this service as a contingency plan. Setup was not quite as straight forward as it should have been, as it was setup under our developer's name. There were data privacy concerns with this, and the Rewind staff helped swiftly resolve the issue with minimal fuss. Good support when required.

Great Service, Awesome Support - The title says it all. In this day and age, anyone not being proactive and backing up their business files, site, and service are taking an enormous risk to their livelihood. back ups - Needed a copy of the back up. they got back to me quickly and they need to put it into json file so it will take a little bit to get but thats fine. Would be nice if there was a spot to just download it on the app. im sure they will integrate this at some point. Thank you!
