Rewind Review and Support - We have used Rewind for years. It is a critical part of our business continuity planning. Support is professional and knowledgeable. We have not had any service failures with respect to backups or restores.

Brittney@Rewind was helpful - Rewind has given me peace of mind by automatically backing up my website for years. When I had a recent issue, Brittney was very helpful. I just wish the peace of mind wasn't going to cost me so much money movimg forward. The price increase is the only reason I'm giving a 4-star review instead of 5.

Brittney @ Rewind Customer support was fantastic - Brittney at rewind customer support was extremely helpful dealing with a few issues and very prompt in her replies ,I am confident if I had issues in the future they would be dealt with in the same manner.

In this day and age, anyone not being proactive and backing up their business files, site, and service are taking an enormous risk to their livelihood. back ups - Needed a copy of the back up. they got back to me quickly and they need to put it into json file so it will take a little bit to get but thats fine. Would be nice if there was a spot to just download it on the app. im sure they will integrate this at some point. Thank you!

Works as expected - Great support - When we inadvertently deleted some html code on our site, Rewind allowed us to access it very easily. Customer support was very helpful. And the company honors its word.

Life saver when you need it - Rewind saved the day. After an incident with a developer who broke our Stencil theme on a Friday afternoon and wasn't responding, we were able to quickly roll back to a Stencil theme version shortly beforehand and avoid a weekend sales meltdown. The interface was easy to use and got the job done when it was emergency time!

Customer Support - I had a question about our account and used the customer support portal. I immediately got instructions from a customer support analyst (Brittney) with step-by-step instructions that answered my question. She also said to reply to her email, and she would confirm everything was correct on their end. Rewind Backup is a great product, and it appears their customer service is just as good.

Helpful customer service - I reached out for customer support and received timely and helpful feedback. I also received follow-up emails to be sure our issue had been resolved. I was surprised at how quickly my issue was fixed. Brittney did a great job assisting me. Thank you.

Backup restore - I have paid for my Rewind subscription for many years and have not needed to do any restores. But recently I did - just a simple restore of a blog post. When I tried to do it Rewind app would not work. Turns out there is a fault with the app. It took 2 weeks for the Rewind team to sort out the problem!! In the meantime I had a blog page live on my site that I needed restored. Very poor customer experience with Rewind and I am now investigating other backup options.

Great customer service - The customer service were execellent and helpful, the only thing I would suggest would be making it quicker to fetch fullstore backup information on masse.
