Saved the day from an EPOS system deleting products! - Rewind managed to create a solution to restore back a clients store that had only been on a trial after their EPOS system accidentally deleted all their products without consent. The support team were great and helped us get the data back. We recommend Rewind to all our clients that sign up to Bigcommerce. It's an essential product when Bigcommerce don't offer their own solution.

Rewind Backup - I've been using Rewind to backup my store for some time now. I like the peace of mind it offers. I would certainly recommend the app. My only criticism would be that it doesn't backup any notes you've made on your customer. For me this is a big issue because it's where the personal telephone conversations with customers are recorded and if it were lost, hours and hours of work would be irretrievable. It's the only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5.

An essential part of back-end operations - Having a back-up is something you don't really need, until a critical error occurs - and then you really wish you had a back-up! The subscription cost investment is a no brainer for peace of mind, and the weekly email summary that describes new changes and updates to your back-up are handy and confidence inspiring.

It just *works* - What we pay for the size of our store is more than fair, and it gives tremendous, automated peace of mind.

Pricing Bait and Switch - The price in the app store clearly says $3/ monthly, but when you download the app its a minimum of $59.00 a month (Most Basic Plan). I would have paid that too had I not felt mislead into downloading. When you have a great product, there is no need to be deceiving or misleading. I immediately felt like I couldn't trust this app/company with my store's API. I don't understand why you would need to be misleading with the pricing when its still relatively affordable and back ups are an absolute must...When you provide a service, client relationship is everything. Deception, no matter the scale, isn't a good way to start these relationships and it's most certainly not a sustainable business model.

Amazing!! - Rewind gives you ease of mind that all of your data will be accessible should anything go awry. The notifications to keep you updated are great and not too excessive. Highly recommend going forward with this company!!

Rewind Great Service - Rewind is an amazing service that is extensive and easy to use. The communication and set up couldn't have been easier. The peace of mind we have now by using Rewind is amazing.

Must have! - This has come in handy a couple of times when Big Commerce support walked me off a bridge updating products via bulk edit AND when a 3rd party developer incorrectly priced all my products trying to create an API for my OMS.

Good features and very helpful customer support! - Rewind's Big Commerce backup features are well developed and easy to use--either for browsing change history and for restoring data. But the part I really appreciate is the friendly and helpful support. Our Quickbooks account in Rewind stopped backing up because of a change at Quickbooks, and I didn't realize it for several months. Rewind was able to help me fix the problem and they refunded me the monthly subscription fees for the months that weren't backed up. You can't ask for better customer serivce!

Impeccable timing! - The timing of my (very helpful) intro call with Alex was impeccable. Right after our call I did something that managed to mess up our home page. I was able to restore it to an older version and fix it in Rewind! Such strange timing as it's the first time I made a change with such bad consequences, but I was really grateful Alex had just shown me how to do it!Get this app, get it NOW!
