Rewind has saved us - Rewind has saved us multiple times in only a few months. We have an outside app that interacts with our inventory and that has caused some bad data to get into our products. With rewind, it is a simple click of a few buttons and everything is back where it was the night before. It has literally paid for itself for multiple years in the time we have saved. With a full history of all the changes, we can also quickly figure out when something was changed to trace back what may have happened. For anyone who relies on an ERP, outside app, or any external data, this is a must.

Already been usefull after few weeks - Only few fews after my subscription to rewind, I already used the restore fonction with the help of the staff which answer to inquiry almost instantanly. It's good to know that at the moment i write this review, unfortunatly, rewind is not able to backup some data that has been changed by tiers apps (like tracking numbers).

So Easy to be protected - Don't wait - What a great piece of mind having everything backed up in case something goes wrong. A few clicks and the app is loaded and that is it. I'm lucky that we haven't had to use it, but I have looked to make sure it works and its super easy to use.

Recently launched, very happy - Our onboarding rep was fantastic every step fo the way, answered any questions we had extremely fast and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Since launching we had one issue and he contacted support immediately and they solved it extremely quickly. Very pleased with them!

Full Restore needed - We had a major issue with our site that needed to be restored over 3,000 items and Rewind and their team helped me restore everything....I highly recommend this application!!

Easy to use - Definitely easy to use. Just set it and forget it. The biggest benefit of the service is the Peace of mind you get knowing that all the time and effort that goes into your website is backed up in case of some unknown problem.

Excellent Customer Service & Great Tool - Rewind was easy to set up and use and gives us peace of mind that our store is always backed up, should something awful happen. We have restored data on our site a couple of time and it's a very straightforward process and such a relief to have, especially if something terrible happens to the site! The customer service has been excellent as well. Bianca was extremely helpful, responded quickly and resolved my queries efficiently. Would recommend to any size business!

Amazing customer service. - I have been using Rewind ever since my store was launched. The peace of mind this app provides is massive so it's worth every penny. Their customer service is world-class too. Kaleigh was very helpful and assisted me with my account issue. Now everything is running like clockwork so I would highly recommend Rewind to all store owners. You need this app in your store if you don't want to lose all your hard work.

Peace of mind - Price could be better - I was recommended to install rewind by a developer who was shocked that i wasn't backing up my store, especially as i was having issues with BigCommerce in general. It took minutes to set up and i receive weekly communications and updates, and it seems ot be doing a good job. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price is misleading - it actually costs a lot more as they base it on your traffic / revenue. As a seasonal business, the higher price is affordable in peak season, but not so much in the down months - i am wondering if they'll take this into account and review my monthly charge?

A must have! - This app is a must have for every store. Super easy to setup and the customer support has been top notch! Restoring large amounts of data literally takes minutes. I would highly recommend this app for every Bigcommerce store owner.

Great to know my hard work is being backed up!!! - Rewind is DEFINITELY worth installing/subscribing to. It ensures me that my content is always being backed up and saved in case something were to crash or go wrong. I also use rewind for my other Big Commerce store that isn't yet live! Rewind is very easy to use! - It was very easy to use Rewind to back up my site -- no instructions were required.Also, backing up my site using Rewind is a lot easier than trying to back up all my files manually!

Great Service - This is one of those services that you need, but don't often use. It's great to have the piece of mind to know that you can quickly fix small errors, or recover from large ones. I like the regular update emails they send summarizing the changes since the last backup.

Easy installation - We just got Rewind backup installed, It was beyond easy. The interface is quite simple. We haven't used any restore function yet but it seams to be following orders and product update quickly. You don't need to be a tech to install/use this product.
