Been using 3 years - We have been using Rewind for about 3 years now, and all is going well. It is one of those products that you hope you never need, but it does give peace of mind if there was ever a problem.

Perfect for peace of mind - I have had the website running for 10 years and touchwood never had an issue, but when I paused recently and had a look at all the products I have established online and how many 1000's of hours have gone into making what it is today, I had a moment of clarity, that if it was gone I would never get it back to this level again. Rewind has taken this possibility and removed it, their customer service before and during setup was fantastic, and the back ups just happen with no active interaction. Simple and Efficient Solution - We have been using Rewind to protect our store. It is simple to use and very efficient solution. We have peace of mind in case we have a problem!

Great tool for a peace of mind - Protect your most valuable ecommerce asset, your store, your data. You may be doing this manually. But it takes time, and you may make mistake. Backing up all your images and theme as well.

REwind backups - Extremely useful and would recommend. Our particular use case was that we use Shogun page builder, and what can happen is that if you publish something via page builder, it can overwrite anything edited directly in your theme files. We were able to recover a load of custom code that had been lost via the above process.

So far so good! - I am using Rewind because BigCommerce doesn't appear to support this backup and restore feature by itself. I had an issue and BigCommerce was unable to help restore our themes, which was a bit of a shock. I am happy that this app exists so that my site can be better protected. So far, so good has been my experience!

Peace of mind - It is good to know your website is backed up automatically, if worse comes to happen. I hope I don't have to use it, but it gives me peace of mind knowing it is there when needed :)

Rewind Backups - I have always been backing up the 5,000+ skus on our 2 estores but I never realized what information was going unprotected. With Rewind, now I have the peace of mind that the many hours of work will be recoverable if the unforseen occurs.

Simple and necessary - We use a custom version of our theme. We have to implement some manual updates. It is critical for us to be able to go back at earlier points in time. Rewind is so simple. It should be one of the 1st apps of a successful store.

Rewind - I love that rewind keeps all of my products backed up so if my store were to go down I wouldn't have to add everything back by hand. It's awesome knowing there's a safety net in case something goes wrong. Especially if you have a large store!

Great the peace of mind - Easy to install, great customer service. The ability to back up and restore certain "chunks" of data is genius.

Rewind is a blessing - Rewind is a backup service. If you don't have it you MUST get it. I installed a new version of the basic template and it broke my site's cc database. With rewind I was able to go back restore and resolve the issue.

rewind - I've only been using Rewind to back up my website for a couple months, but I'm very happy with the results. It's very easy to join and monthly costs are about the same as a cup of coffee.

Rewind - Very easy to install. Hopefully I will never need it, but I am thankful to have it as insurance as we continue to grow our online store.

Rewind - I've only had rewind for a week now but wish I had known about it earlier. I'm doing a lot of work importing from square and it takes the worry away if something goes wrong I have a back up to easily install.

Saved My Skin - Works great! I did a bulk update and messed up all of my UPCs. Using Rewind I just went back to my last backup and restored everything like it never happened. It saved me hours and hours of work!
