This app is needed for peace of mind - I am glad I installed this to back up my store. As my store grows, anything can happen, and Big Commerce does not provide backups. The monthly fee is reasonable and affordable and so far its backing up my store and providing me peace of mind. Thank you Rewind.

Whew! - The night before last and employee was uploading some image updates. Stop me if you've heard this before, but he checked the "delete existing images" button and cleared nearly 56K images from our site. We were looking down the barrel of hundreds of hours of rework when Big Commerce mentioned using Rewind in the future. That is when the light bulb went on and I remembered, "Hey, I have that!". I had forgotten we had signed up months ago. Fast forward, an hour later all of our images were back and life was good again. Can't recommend it enough!

Marketplace Sync NightMare - I recently moved over to BigCommerce & within 1 week all my pricing & Variants were corrupted by a 3rd party Inventory Software. I panic and wonder aloud if I made a BIG MISTAKE choosing BigCommerce.To my DELIGHT, BigCommerce recommended REWIND. It give me an assurance each time I do a major update on my website, I can back-up immediately knowing that the hours spent is not going to be wasted again.So far so Good I did not have to do a restore. Like a good insurance it give me a good night sleep knowing that REWIND backs me up !!

Saved Hundreds of Hours - I changed information on a product option. I did not know that a minor change would delete all data associated with the option. The option was assigned to 101 products. Each product had 5 UPCs associated with product variations. This changed caused 101 of our best selling products to be listed as out of stock. To manually update the 101 products would take hundreds of hours. I called the Rewind Staff and they restored the data within 2 hours, saving thousands of dollars in sales, and hundreds of hours for me. The APP paid for itself for years to come. The Rewind staff was OUTSTANDING to work with. In the strongest terms, I recommend Rewind.Second time Rewind saved me hundreds of hours. I uploaded a file with UPCs and GTINs listed in scientific notation. This one action changed thousands of 12 digit UPCs. I worked with BigCommerce to fix the problem. We could not resolve the problem with a second import, since the file I used had errors which could not be corrected. I ran a Rewind Restoration and that fixed the problem. Rewind has paid for itself twice over in the last 6 months. I love this application. 3 years ago, I deleting all of our product images during the Christmas Shopping Season. Unfortunately, we did not have rewind at that time. Me and another person worked 24 hours straight to restore the images, one by one. The most painful and embarrassing mistake I have made as a website administrator. I was doing a thousands things at one time and accidentally deleted the images...to this day, I don't know how I did it. Immediately following the Christmas rush, I added Rewind to our website. Best application decision I have ever made.

So Horrible - This service is absolutely horrible. First you can’t restore your website on your own. The employees work banker hours. So, if you need to restore your website and it is the weekend or after 5pm your out of luck until Monday morning and then it will take them all day to get to you. There is absolutely no urgency if your website crashes. It took this service literally all day to restore my products back to where they were at a previous date. Even then some of the products were not completely restored. I have used other services like this and it took the service 10 minutes with one touch of a button to restore my site back to a previous date. There is no button they push and it goes back to a date. The system is so jimmy rigged that they hope they can restore your website back. This service is so expensive I expected this to be a professional service.

Rewind review - Seems to work. Haven't attempted a restore yet. Not 5 stars as appears from documentation to require vendor manual work for some restore types.

Great insurance - I love the ease of use of Rewind. And the fact that I don't have to worry. The pricing is fair as well!
