Whew! - The night before last and employee was uploading some image updates. Stop me if you've heard this before, but he checked the "delete existing images" button and cleared nearly 56K images from our site. We were looking down the barrel of hundreds of hours of rework when Big Commerce mentioned using Rewind in the future. That is when the light bulb went on and I remembered, "Hey, I have that!". I had forgotten we had signed up months ago. Fast forward, an hour later all of our images were back and life was good again. Can't recommend it enough!

Marketplace Sync NightMare - I recently moved over to BigCommerce & within 1 week all my pricing & Variants were corrupted by a 3rd party Inventory Software. I panic and wonder aloud if I made a BIG MISTAKE choosing BigCommerce.To my DELIGHT, BigCommerce recommended REWIND. It give me an assurance each time I do a major update on my website, I can back-up immediately knowing that the hours spent is not going to be wasted again.So far so Good I did not have to do a restore.
