So Far So Good - Easy to set up. We've been using rewind for the past few months. We've been impressed by the feature set it offers and the visibility into our process. So far it has provided peace of mind. We haven't had to rewind anything so far.

Peace of Mind! - Rewind works great. Seamless and in the background, you don't even notice it until you need it and all of your hardwork is saved! Not only does it offer peace of mind but it also makes simple mistakes easy to correct with real time backups. Easily worth the small investment

Works well and as expected - The app works exactly as we intended to use it. When we have questions about a previous product, we can easily see the old deleted ad.

Only Option - Rewind is the only option for a BC store. I needed to rewind on a weekend and could't because there is no automatic way for a user to restore a backup themselves, you need to contact support. The problem is support is close on the weekends so you are SOL until Monday. Rewind is a better than nothing option, but it is far from ideal. The fact that BC doesn't offer a backup solution natively is ridiculous in 2019. Plus it is annoying that rewind will keep emailing you. I received a email for this review.

Great App - This is a great app that has help on more than one occasion. I like how I was able to view a specific page on our store and see the information for that time period. It helped us to isolate and solve a problem with our design.

Rewind - Great insurance in case of a Big Commerce meltdown. Set aside and forget. Haven't had to use yet, but looks good and super easy to use.

Good as Quick Customer Service Response Time - As good as perfectly, such as it's perfectly in order and lots of people in loving, caring relationships have it, rewind as perfectly secure, it will feel secure to internet way, in a manner online store perfectly way that could be better.

Rewind - So far, so good! We are new subscribers to the Rewind service and it appears to be working perfectly. I've been checking that changes are being properly recorded and thus far all looks good. We haven't needed to restore yet, but I certainly sleep better at night knowing that if I need to restore something that now it is possible. Can't believe that BC doesn't provide back up; it's an absolute necessity in my opinion.

Rewind for Big Commerce - We just signed up for Rewind. It had good reviews and I always worried about what would happen if we lost our data. Very easy to set up and support was quite helpful. I hope I'll never need it but nice to know it's there.

Quick Customer Service Response Time - I have been selling organic Chinese herb supplements online for over a decade. I was shocked to find out that BigCommerce did not have cloud backup for my store some years back when all of my meta descriptions disappeared from my site. I have hundreds of pages of content, so re-writing all of those meta-descriptions was painful. Today I managed to erase my home page content. Luckily, I had already installed Rewind. I contacted them with my dilemma and my homepage was re-instated in no time. It is a must-have for your Bigcommerce store if you have any time invested in developing your product pages and content web pages.

Backup - We haven't used it yet but it seems like it is keeping an accurate backup with automatic updates to our back up file.

Worked as it should in time a need - The app Rewind worked exactly the way it should and I was very happy to have it. A staff member made an error that effected over 100 items at once. Rewind was always looked at as a necessary but questionable expense until an event happens and you have to have it. In the end we are very happy with it the app and the teams help in a desperate time of need.

Rewind Backups is very easy to set up - Really did not have to do anything and Rewind Backup was up and running. A great feeling knowing Rewind has got your back, especially after losing 100s of listings on two other shopping sites (no longer on those sites since their site's only help was for me to relist them all from scratch).

Must have for all BigCommerce store owners - I love the peace of mind of knowing all of our store configuration is protected. I hope I never have to use it but it would be a life saver if we accidentally deleted a category or product.
