She recreated the data for me, which was not a usual kind of customer service request. I had some minor problems getting the account established . . . but Sarah, the Rewind Support Wizard, got everything ironed out for me in a couple of days. It was a good experience in conflict resolution. She handled it very professionally. All companies and all humans make mistakes. One way to measure the real value of a supplier/vendor relationship is how well they perform when a conflict crops up. If it is a good experience, you know that you can trust them to be there when you really need them in a disaster. I endorse Sarah and Rewind. Since the app start-up, it's been hands-off and peace-of-mind for me. It is a maintenance free proposition.

Great product - I have been using Rewind for a few weeks now and I am very happy with the service. The reps communicate often to ensure all is working well. I am impressed with one feature of the backup is I deleted a product by mistake. I was able to go into my rewind and have the product put back onto my inventory without having to actually add it as a new item, then all I had to do was update the inventory number in my Big Commerce dashboard.

Rewind is great - Rewind is great - thankfully haven't had to use it yet, but the peace of mind knowing it's there is very comforting.

Complete Peace of Mind! - Our product upload department recently made a small error with updating one of our products and ended up deleting it instead which of course lost all info. Called BigCommerce and they highly recommended the"Rewind App" which would prevent this from happening in the future. We 1st setup the $5.00/m plan but found out it only backs up once every day and does not have manual backup capability so we contacted Rewind and they were more than helpful in and very informative and we ended up getting the upgraded plan which give the capability of real-time auto backups as well as manual backups if we so desire to do so as well as the auto complete backup at end of each day . . . so this gives us now the Peace of Mind that for a great value! All the hard work is now safe and sound :)

Set it and forget it - Installed rewind a couple months ago on both our cohort.ca and cohort.us stores and really happy how simply set-up was and how well it works. Management was also very interested in what we thought about the product and what we would like to see re new products and services.UPDATE: I was disappointed to learn the restore process when you need it is SUPER MANUAL so don't expect it to restored in a few minutes or even a couple hours. That said, the restore experience was excellent and returned my products to the desired and expected state.
