Rewind Works! - Pretty simple really, easy to install on our store, easy to maintain and works perfectly. No hassles with API, glitchy install or missing features. Correspondence was good and one price gets you everything. All in all, very very good.

Works Great - The Big Commerce platform does not allow for website backups. Each month we were manually exporting customers, orders and products. There is no good way in Big Commerce to backup web pages or content. Rewind backs up the entire website automatically so we no longer have to worry about nightmare scenarios with our website.

Rewind - A great App that is easy to install and then does it thing automatically. Deleted products are there when you need them, and with just a few clicks they can be restored.

Great - I don't think it could have been any easier to set this up. Our first backup was running within a few minutes. Haven't had to have any more interaction with the app since then - it just runs in the back ground. Hope I never need to use the restore feature but it is great to know it is there!

Perfect piece of mind - It's kinda hard to review a product you've never really had to use, but that's a good thing when it comes to Rewind. We have over 5000 sku's and having Rewind gives us comfort that all of our info is there if we need it. Simple to implement and piece of mind. What's not to like?

Nice to have this service - Both the installation and the Rewind platform was very easy to install and use. Having the Rewind platform gives me great comfort in case data is lost. I haven't had any data lost yet but it's good to know I can easily get the data back using the Rewind app.

Review - It is nice to know that my site and all of my hard work are backed up daily without a problem. One less thing to be concerned with and there is comfort in knowing that a back-up exists should it be needed. The Rewind team is also very approachable and responsive to questions and concerns. Good backup - Wasn't always good at making manual backups, so this seemed like a great solution. Install was simple. Everything looks good. Hopefully nothing ever happens, but now I feel covered if it does.

ORIGINAL REVIEW REMOVED - We needed to remove our original review from April 2018 as we were TOLD (by Rewind) that if BigCom crashes, we would loose everything - unless we have Rewind. This is NOT true according to BigCommerce. BigCom backs up ALL stores - you will lose nothing if there is a crash at BigCom.

Worry Free Backup - Rewind does a wonderful job of worry free backup! The Company does still have some glitches, but the results are undeniable. It is nice to not have any worries about losing valuable data.
