Rewind - Its been good so far. Seems like its all being care of on the back end. One of those services I hope I'll never need to use.

Rewind - I haven't actually had to use Rewind yet but feel far more relaxed knowing it is there. All the dealings I have had with the Rewind team have been very good and positive so I am confident it will be a big asset if ever called upon :-)

Complete Peace of Mind! - Our product upload department recently made a small error with updating one of our products and ended up deleting it instead which of course lost all info. Called BigCommerce and they highly recommended the"Rewind App" which would prevent this from happening in the future. We 1st setup the $5.00/m plan but found out it only backs up once every day and does not have manual backup capability so we contacted Rewind and they were more than helpful in and very informative and we ended up getting the upgraded plan which give the capability of real-time auto backups as well as manual backups if we so desire to do so as well as the auto complete backup at end of each day . . . so this gives us now the Peace of Mind that for a great value! All the hard work is now safe and sound :)

Management was also very interested in what we thought about the product and what we would like to see re new products and services. UPDATE: I was disappointed to learn the restore process when you need it is SUPER MANUAL so don't expect it to restored in a few minutes or even a couple hours. That said, the restore experience was excellent and returned my products to the desired and expected state.

Tremendous Time Saver! - This app is absolutely worth the few bucks per month they charge. It was such a hassle to do the backups manually with the CSV files. I never knew if I got it or not. Now it's worry-free for me and no longer a dreaded item on my to-do list! As long as I have my online store, I will be using this app!

Put our mind to ease - This is a great app in the fact that it puts our mind at ease knowing that there are backups of our changes. We are constantly adding new product and making changes on the website and it is great knowing that should there be a problem that a backup is available for us to go back to. They backup the changes within a couple of minutes after we have made the change. Would highly recommend this app to everyone! Thank you Rewind for a great product.

Very convenient - Nice app. As we got our store setup and products configured, it was really nice to be able to conveniently go back to previous versions as we changed our mind on things. I would love to see them add the ability to send me those archives so I can have them onsite or backed up at my location. I would also love to see them add the ability to back up StoreA and restore that to StoreB therefore easily making a TEST or DEVELOPMENT version of a store.

5 Stars - Works flawlessly. Gives us peace of mind that we have a backup should there be a glitch. The company's friendly and knowledgeable customer service and support is an added bonus.
