Inexpensive Peace of Mind - We have been using Rewind for a couple of months now and, so far, no issues. Peace of mind is what its all about and I'm definitely getting my money's worth.

Tremendous Time Saver! - This app is absolutely worth the few bucks per month they charge. It was such a hassle to do the backups manually with the CSV files. I never knew if I got it or not. Now it's worry-free for me and no longer a dreaded item on my to-do list! As long as I have my online store, I will be using this app!

Excellent Peace of Mind - A cost effective, efficient back up system. We haven't had to perform any restores yet thankfully, however, it really does give us great peace of mind to know our website is protected, especially when developers are performing edits. Thanks for a great product!

Put our mind to ease - This is a great app in the fact that it puts our mind at ease knowing that there are backups of our changes. We are constantly adding new product and making changes on the website and it is great knowing that should there be a problem that a backup is available for us to go back to. They backup the changes within a couple of minutes after we have made the change. Would highly recommend this app to everyone! Thank you Rewind for a great product.

Very convenient - Nice app. As we got our store setup and products configured, it was really nice to be able to conveniently go back to previous versions as we changed our mind on things. I would love to see them add the ability to send me those archives so I can have them onsite or backed up at my location. I would also love to see them add the ability to back up StoreA and restore that to StoreB therefore easily making a TEST or DEVELOPMENT version of a store.

5 Stars - Works flawlessly. Gives us peace of mind that we have a backup should there be a glitch. The company's friendly and knowledgeable customer service and support is an added bonus.

Rewind App - Very happy so far. Installation was smooth. Have not needed to restore from a backup yet, and hopefully never will, but the peace of mind is worth the very reasonable monthly cost.

Good to have a backup that works - I've had storage failures on other platforms and it is great to have this app to protect our investment. The feature set provides granular partial recovery, which is better than some backup products which are all or nothing.

This is a MUST App - No kidding. Just install and pay for this App. You never know when you will need the backup. It's another insurance you need period.

Wonderful App and Support - Recently, we lost most of our products and are so thankful we thought ahead to bank them up with Rewind. They were able to restore our items to our site in the way they appeared prior to the issue occurring. They also have knowledgeable and pleasant support staff. Rewind review - To be fair, I've been fortunate not to have to restore our website so I can't comment on how efficiently Rewind would go about. What I can say however is that, like most retailers, I have enough on my plate and knowing our website is automatically backed up every night is one BIG concern taken off that plate. I really appreciated the simplicity of the setting up and judging by the comments from those few unfortunate website owners who did need to restore, I feel confident.

We had questions.. - Had a lot of questions as to how Rewind restores the data due to our website being integrated to our ERP system, which is the master record not Big Commerce. So far Rewind support has been very helpful, responsive and accommodating. What good customer service is all about.

Peace of mind - I got this app recommended from a person from BigCommerce. just knowing I have the app gives me peace of mind.

Good to know - Its good to know someone has your back in case anything goes down. Any lost data could be very costly so this is good insurance.

So nice to have this! - So great to have this for a peace of mind. In addition, it organizes all of its logs by products, customers, orders, etc so if you need to backtrack the history of something it's very easy to find the logs through Rewind. Very happy with it!

Great app with awesome support! - We have such a great peace of mind knowing there is an app accountable for backing up and "rewinding" our store.

Didn't know Big Commerce didnt back up - We had an issue with a Theme update and didn't know big commerce wasn't backed up. I think this is very poor from big commerce . How many of their sites do not know from reading the reviews. We were luck in that the recovery was quick and easy. If we ran big commerce we would ensure all sites are backed up and include it in the price. Until they do this we use rewind.

Set it and forget it - I installed this app when I realized that all of my hard work on my store is in constant jeopardy without it. I was hiring a contractor that I didn't quite trust to do some work in my store. Without a backup, years of work and thousands of dollars of investment can be wiped out by an incompetent or unscrupulous person allowed into your store to simply make a small change.After speaking with BigCommerce I realized my exposure and decided to make a very small investment to protect myself. Frankly, I was disappointed, BigCommerce doesn't provide backup as part of their platform. Getting Rewind up and running was as simple as I could have hoped for. My intent was to use it to create a backup, let this guy do his work, and then to cancel.The cost is so affordable though, I decided to keep Rewind. I literally do nothing and my store remains protected. You never think about data loss until you have it, then you go scrambling for those backups (if you have them).I was prompted by Rewind to write a review, so I went in and looked. It's nice to see that the backups are occurring automatically. Other than my monthly billing from Rewind, I don't have to think about it- just what you want from backup software.

Wish I had this BEFORE the data loss - These guys are great to work with, still new to the app but the peace of mind is immeasurable. Wish there was more support for complex rules restoration, but thats a limitation of BC, not Rewind. In fact they are working with BC to push the envelope on those kinds of things.Data loss is going to happen, it's just a matter of if you are prepared for it or not - this is the best insurance policy against that.
