I Rely on Rewind - I have had great success using Rewind. Every change I make, or product I add, is logged and saved, plus backups of the entire site are automatic. With the hundreds of hours of work that go into a website, having everything backed up in case of a crash is a critical aspect of site management. You will deeply regret not having your site backed up if something happens, so Rewind's service is a must-have, and well worth the price. I highly recommend Rewind to everyone on BigCommerce.

Peace of Mind - Even though I have a small craft business, I surely would not want to redo my site if something unfortunate happened. Actually, that is the main reason my store in on BC. The last place I tried to set up kept doing crazy upgrades and that meant losing your product and having to relist everything! So far Rewind is working well and hopefully will continue. So Far So Good - I have been using rewind service for a bit now - haven't had to actually "Use" it and I hope I don't but seems like a good insurance policy at a reasonable price.

Only Option - Rewind is the only option for a BC store. I needed to rewind on a weekend and could't because there is no automatic way for a user to restore a backup themselves, you need to contact support. The problem is support is close on the weekends so you are SOL until Monday. Rewind is a better than nothing option, but it is far from ideal. The fact that BC doesn't offer a backup solution natively is ridiculous in 2019. Plus it is annoying that rewind will keep emailing you. I received a email for this review.
