Rewind review - I am new to Rewind but already feel secure in knowing that my website contents can be restored in case of problems. Saved the Day!!!! - We have a site with a complex/large catalog that is maintained through API's. Unfortunately, our developer made a mistake yesterday morning which corrupted 1,000 products. Good support, confusing backup - We had a bunch of images disappear, and tried to rewind without any success. After contacting support, we did eventually get them to help us go back enough to fix the images.
