Piece of mind at a reasonable price - After accidentally discovering the lack of store-level backups within BigCommerce and the amount of time it took to rebuild a test store from CSV files, we decided to purchase backup services from Rewind. Their backups are timely, thorough, and effective. The support staff at Rewind are friendly and personable to work with. They're efficient and seem to certainly understand the lost art of Customer Service. I feel very relieved to know that we now have a safety net for our BigCommerce store in the event of a "worst case scenario" or simply a caffeine-deprived employee making a simple mistake. Rewind is absolutely worth it for anybody who's serious about their running business on BigCommerce.

Rewind - For a long time now I have been thinking that I do not have any back up of my website. It was really worried because if for some reason our website was unintentionally deleted or was infected with a virus our business would be ruined. I am not looking to add more monthly charges to my business, but this one seems to be one of the most important apps we are running. If some kind of disaster strikes at least I have some insurance.

You don't need it until you do - Rewind offers a great service. We spend thousands of dollars per month on data and knowing that we have a trusted bank for all of that data is very important.

$9 a month is very reasonable for what you get - I was looking for a solution and this one seems to be the best one available and at a reasonable price of $9 a month.

Very Inexpensive Piece of Mind - I am loving this app so far. It is very simple to setup and does exactly what they claim it does. Probably the cheapest piece of mind I have every purchased.

No brainer - the question is why not? - When i found out about this add on, it was a no brainer for us. Daily backups for low fees. Backed up all my files templates and settings the moment we installed it. Great app/add on so far!

Peace of mind - Great app for stores with multiple people working on many bulk updates and changes. It offers peace of mind in case there is an accidental mix-up with an upload.

Piece of mind - I was looking for a way to back up my store as I am moving to Shopify after hearing of the price increase and all the downtime in the last month. I saw that Rewind would give me the piece of mind that when my website migrated to Shopify I would have a back up if anything went wrong. I will continue to use Rewind on Shopify.
