Great service - We had amazing service with Donald from Yotpo when we transitioned our platform to Bigcommerce and wanted to move our reviews from one platform to another. We experienced a challenge with the location of the reviews and again the team at Yotpo where quick to help and resolve. They really helped in a stressful situation and got us up and running correctly.

Amazing customer support - Thanks Reinier D - Thank you Reinier D for easily transferring all my existing reviews and importing my orders to send review requests. I have only had Yotpo on my BigCommerce store for 2 days... I am super impressed! From getting the app installed to transferring old reviews and data and customising my widgets on my store. The Customer service and support has been excellent.

Support - I had an issue of getting my review widget up and working. I contacted support and Eunice helped me get it up and working in 5 minutes when it took me hours. Thank you Eunice for your help and I love the product!

Super helpful support - We got excellent support from Howell at Yotpo today. The chat function on the support page was super easy to find and we got an immediate answer quickly. Howell went out of their way to understand the issue we were dealing with and then, just like that, they fixed it. I wish I had this experience with every 3rd party app I use. It's obvious that they are doing great things at this company and it starts with training their customer support.

I am impressed - Once I installed the program, I received more site and product reviews, in one month than I had the whole year prior. I couldn't be more thrilled with the ease and functionality of Yotpo. The one thing I did have a hard time with was getting the code to show the reviews on the product pages of my website. For some strange reason, when the code was installed into the HTML all my variants would not work, which was a major issue. However after simply reaching out to Yotpo Support (Donald - Yotpo Growth Support Hero) dove into the backend of my website and had the issue resolved within 24 hours. This is a great product with great customer service.
