Support review - Eunice, Rikki and Daniel were fabulous to deal with, extremely patient and managed to sort out all the review transfer and related issues on my Bigcommerce website. Does not work - We were on the highest level tier of Yotpo, we first signed up in November 2020. After countless hours and over £17,000 paid to yotpo, 18 months later and we have NEVER had a working loyalty program. I have asked them for a refund and they are now ignoring me. This company will rip you off, stay well well well away. Also, their system does not integrate properly, we tried to get a loyalty program with the "support" of Yotpo installed and it never worked.
