not impressed - so far nothing works properly and this is over 2x more expensive then the last app i used on shopify. the other thing that is really irritating is it say costomers can leave picture or video in the reveiw but thats only through replying to the email request and can not be done directly on the site. save your $80 a month in my opinion. not worth the price I will be shopping around

Fixed Our Code - We needed a small change in our code to display the reviews properly, and John G was able to help us quickly get the issue resolved.

Incredible Support - I attempted to use 2 different reviews solutions over an 8 hour period with no success. Minor issues that either wouldn't allow an install or just couldn't get it to function 100% - Being familiar with Yotpo I I thought I'd try it out. Ran into a snag right away that was easily fixed with Reinier D help! She then walked me through an incredible journey of support while making sure I didn't pull my hair out. 5 Stars! Would recommend.

Yotpo was able to to tick all the boxes for us. Integration was smooth enough, with a few small problems that were easily overcome with the Yotpo support team, specifically Ronel R.

Great customer service from Rainier! - Excellent service, Rainier was helpful and did great at assisting my needs. A+

good customer service - I upgraded my plan to get dynamic coupons but that was only available in their highest tier so I needed to downgrade again (the documentation on this wasn't great). I was able to get ahold of John B at 10:30pm through chat and he fixed it for me. Lame about the coupons but the service is good. Hopefully at some point my site will grow big enough I can justify the cost of upgrading.

I messed it up, they fixed it. - I upgraded my plan and payed for a whole year without reading all the details. I unfortunately couldn't use the Google Review integration because I don't have Google's required 100 site reviews for this service to work. I reached out for help and John was amazing. He walked me through the whole process to downgrade back to my original plan and did all the leg work with the billing department. His level of customer service was incredible. I couldn't be happier with his support.

Chat support - Kenneth John M was super helpful with my enquiry and went out of his way to ensure that he has solved my enquiry and even suggested ways to ensure that I could get an updated review from a customer now that their issue had been resolved. I highly recommend yotpo to collect genuine reviews to help your prospective buyers shop with confidence

Service - Service has been great from Yotpo. We had one slight presentation issue on my site post implementation and the Yotpo service team sorted it out with no issues. Kenneth John M went the extra mile to fix it super quickly.
