Great Customer Service - I decided to upgrade to a paid plan because of the excellent customer service. As a shop owner without much knowledge about coding, Yotpo's team was always there to help me. Special thanks to Rhenant, your prompt reply and reliable service are really appreciated!

Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty Apps are Great - Yotpo reviews and loyalty are great. We had the reviews for a long time and then added loyalty (they are using what was Swell Rewards). They did all the work to set it up and then did it again when we changed from Blueprint to Stencil in Bigcommerce. Support is always very helpful, even through the chat I get experienced technical support and very little wait time to talk to someone. It's an excellent app with great customer support and reasonable pricing. They have other add on bells and whistles that we are considering using in the future when our budget allows for it. I would definitely recommend Yotpo. To the person who gives one star for not being able to login to contact support, that is ridiculous, go to their site at https://www.yotpo.com/contact-us/ for the many ways to reach them, while you're there they have a chat you can easily use to get help, or simply email them at [email protected].

Can't get login to work, can't get help.. :( - I really want to use this, but can't get any help from Yotpo. In order to get support you have to login. Well, their login won't work for me so I can't get any help.

Problems logging in our account - We just recently created an account for one of our storefronts. Turns out we already had a previous account which prevented us from linking our storefront to the correct email. After deleting the additional account we created we realized had were unable to contact support anymore. We tried resetting our password to the original account several times but were unsuccessful. Finally, we were able to contact someone at Yotop. Louanne was a pleasure to communicate with, kind, patient and very understanding. She was able to get our storefront linked to the correct email and also assisted us in resetting our password. Thank you Louanne and if we need any other assistance we will be sure to reach out!

Excellent Customer Service by Ronel R. - Just signed up to Yotpo yesterday and have already needed to chat with them numerous times about several things. I just finished chatting with Ronel R and the guy has unbelievable patience dealing with me who clearly is clueless about what Im doing. He knows my platform (Bigcommerce) and knows his own business well. Quickly, swiftly and patiently helped me sort out some issues and I'm beyond thrilled. I deal with customer service people on the daily with difference services I use and Ronel is by far my favorite, knowledgeable and frankly very interested in wanting to help me. Please do not use Yotpo - This product is a waste of time. They will gaslight you, not reply, take your money, send your reviews to no-where and never bother to reply to your support ticket. This product is a waste of space. It took my money, did nothing, collected reviews that were not visible in my dashboard and worst of all, I was receiving emails saying that I had reviews. Total mind blown, for the worst product in the app store.

Yopto is AMAZING - We have used Yopto for over a couple years and they have never failed to prove their app as the superior review application on this marketplace. I am writing this review after having some sync issues for the last week, (along with issues with other apps, programs, and having terrible luck with their customer service) I finally decided to take my chances and see how Yopto customer support would be (assuming like the other countless other unhelpful app's customer service, It couldnt hurt to try)... to my surprise I not only received immediate help and had the issue fixed... but Kenneth John from Yopto customer support fixed my issue with speed and diligence and this is LITERALLY on a 1am Monday Morning / Sunday night! Can't say enough good things about Yopto - we dont even pay for the service we are literally on the 'free' tier and i still got immediate and helpful support! We very well may be actually signing up and upgrading our plan after the amazing, helpful support I just received. Thank you Kenneth John and YOPTO YOU ROCK!!

Amazing Customer Service by Rhemy - I was having some trouble activating the review widget for our site so I started a live chat in the app and Rhemy went above and beyond to activate it and to show me how to customize the review email requests and to change other settings. He saved me lots of time. Plus, Yotpo is by far the best review app I've had on BigCommerce with all of the features they offer.

Installation - So far, only a small hiccup - set up seemed to go ok. I had to contact support via the chat and was assisted quickly. Happy for the fast answers.
