Great customer service from Ronel! - Searched far and wide to land on using Yotpo for our review platform, it was imperative to our business that our reviews are linked to our individual product SKU's and the consumer is able to leave a photo. Yotpo was able to to tick all the boxes for us.Integration was smooth enough, with a few small problems that were easily overcome with the Yotpo support team, specifically Ronel R.

Great Chat Support - The support I received from Arvin S thru chat was perfect. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that I had to wait over an hour until getting connected (6 people in front of me). They may need to hire more support techs or it may have just been a super busy time. Either way, Arvin solved my issue very quickly once I was connected.

Customer Support - I have recently used the Customer Support Chat within the YOTPO app on the back end of my BigCommerce store. Before I was using the Customer Support email to work through issues, which would typically take a day or two to resolve. Sheen helped me via Support Chat and was helpful, efficient, and helped fixed all of my Review errors I was experiencing within minutes. If you do not have a developer or know code yourself, installing YOTPO codes is a little confusing. But once set up properly, the app is very efficient in collecting both customer/site reviews.

Looks good on website - I have been with Yotpo for quite a long time.It looks great on the website.I do not use much of what it offers. I find it not user friendly.support is fairly good.having to re-install everytime I update my store theme is not fun.

A company is best known for how they fix problems - * March 21 update: As you can read from other content shown below, my first impression of Yotpo was not good. Over the days that followed, I have found Eddie to be extremely helpful. Their customer service WILL make it right if a problem arises. I can wholeheartedly recommend this extremly valueable app to everyone. Your business can find no other resource at this price from which to achieve your sales goals.*March 8, 2019: I did receive an apology on 3/7/19 and accepted it. I was able to restore our template to where it was before Yotpo changed it, thanks to a saved copy. Meggnotec has graciously agreed to install the Yotpo script yesterday, so that there is no repeat result. I do think the Yotpo app is a very good one and I am VERY pleased with the number of reviews received. It is worth every penny they charge. Reviews are a necessity for any merchant and Yotpo is definitely the way to go. The advice I offer potential customers is that they use their template vendor to install and thusly enjoy a stress free result. You CAN count on Yotpo to import your Bigcommerce reviews into their app. --------------------------------------------------------------------------March 5, 2019: I had nothing less than high expectations from Yotpo, and during the free trial, I have been very pleased. Days after I started being a paying customer using their $30 a month plan, that all changed with a heartbreaking crash.Eddie, their tech guy, was resolving Google review errors and instead of a nice fix, his solution scrambled my products helter-skelter like, as his work messed up the product formatting on the home page and every other page. I called them and could only get to voice mail, no one has called me back in the last 24 hours. I filled out their form and no one has written me back. I wrote Eddie and he has neither written me back nor has he fixed the mess he made.When he wrote me on March 5 2019, I replied with a very warm thanks after reading of his efforts. That warm glow turned to ice when I reviewed my website and found things to be much worst than ever imagined. He obviously failed to look at his work before he wrote me. Even his proof of the Google fix turned out to be temporary, as Google tells me that his specific example was temporary. Their service failure is unacceptable. I had expected to see an apology AND my site restored over the past 24 hours. NONE of that happened. You would think they went on vacation or something!I have reached out to my template designer MEGGNOTEC and offered to pay them to make this right.

Pretty Decent App - I just have the basic free version and it's a pretty decent app. It does what I want it to. I don't think it's worth it to spend the money to upgrade; just an extra fee to do a little more. What I do love about YOTPO is that it has helped get my store a lot more reviews than I was getting from my online store system. The email that is sent to my customers is super simple and that is definitely the key to getting reviews. It was a struggle getting the app synced with my store. I've used other apps with my store and this one was by far the most complicated. Luckily, the YOTPO Reviews customer support team helped me figure it out really quickly and I haven't had problems since.

Great App, But You'll Pay for it - The functionality of Yotpo is fantastic, it installs simply with a few additions of code snippet to your site. It allows you a lot of customizability, in terms of your email to customers, how it displays on your site, etc. That being said, the price for the app is terribly expensive, and they try to charge you for a full year up front, which is exorbitant. It took a fair amount of negotiating to get them down to quarterly billings, which is still ridiculous. The app costs nearly as much as what I'm paying Bigcommerce's highest package to host my site -- something's wrong with that.

I Like It! -

I give this app 4 Stars!!! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I wish the "stars" were a little less animated in look. Maybe offer a different color options on the stars and sharper edges for sites that are higher end. Otherwise it is fantastic! Support is good too! Thanks Lucy! Get it!

Good product that easy to install and use -

I'm really happy that it works so well on my Big Commerce store and I'm sure I get more reviews now. I also like the Promoted Products feature but it insists on converting all my prices from AUD to USD which is not helpful. Been waiting some months to have that fixed!

My experience so far is positive in general -

I have been using Yotpo Premium on my BigCommerce store for the past three months and my experience so far is positive in general. I received very prompt and able help from Yotpo staff to install the app. So far, I have generated a good number of reviews for several of my products. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because the emails the system sends out do not display correctly for Outlook users and these users are asked to click on a link to do their reviews. This is an extra step for these users and might be dissuading some from filling out the review. Yotpo should solve this technical issue. Nevertheless, I'm happy that I added the Yotpo app and plan to continue using it.
