Great support - strong app - We have been using Yotpo for our www.kodlinusa.com website for a few month and it is working very well. Had a technical issue today and Doner was supporting us all the way thru. Great support!

annoying and intentional technical glitches - I read online reviews about how yotpo has very complicated pricing plans and feature offerings. It is really true to the point of madness.In my experience, I wanted to add yotpo to a second website. However, Yotpo requires that the email address is the same as the email address on the BigCommerce account. However, Yotpo itself doesn't allow the same email address on more than one yotpo account, unless you upgrade to the Prime account. The difference in pricing between their Growth Plan and Prime Plan is at least 50x.For example, $120 for Growth (or less) vs $6K for Prime. In my view, this is excessive for such a technical feature. It took a long time for me to figure out this was the issue not allowing my paid account to work on my 2nd website. They would not fix it for me. I went in circles with customer service and sales.

Yotpo Support Is Very Helpful - I contacted support requesting help with DNS verification so that Yotpo emails won't be marked as SPAM in my customer's inboxes. Joian Z. provided timely assistance to help me get things properly configured. Thanks Joian!

Ronel R was a Great Help! - Ronel R was a Great Help! Many features we weren't using on the basic plan and he advised how to take full advantage. We have been really pleased with the reviews we get. Somehow, most Yotpo reviews seem to be 5 stars mostly. The native BigC reviews yields a higher percentage of low reviews. But UGC, coupons, etc. make this app pretty robust and helps with Google rankings. I've been pleased.

Helpful with imports - The imports process from BigCommerce was a bit clunky, but Radley E was very helpful getting our content updated!

Great Support - Great customer service from Simoun F and others on the team. The app itself is the best for reviews, but the support makes getting setup so much easier.

Help getting reviews setup - I chatted with support to help me get my new store setup and transfer our reviews from our old store. The agent, Ronel R, was amazing in helping me get that done and make sure it was all working. It is rare I love customer service interactions, but this one was a pleasure, and I was able to get everything working ASAP.

Customer Service help - I was having a bit of an issue getting every offered working right so I contacted them via Chat. I can tell you that if you have any concerns about this company or their app, DON'T. They help me fix all of my issues and now everything is actually better than expected. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!

Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty Apps are Great - Yotpo reviews and loyalty are great. We had the reviews for a long time and then added loyalty (they are using what was Swell Rewards). They did all the work to set it up and then did it again when we changed from Blueprint to Stencil in Bigcommerce. Support is always very helpful, even through the chat I get experienced technical support and very little wait time to talk to someone. It's an excellent app with great customer support and reasonable pricing. They have other add on bells and whistles that we are considering using in the future when our budget allows for it. I would definitely recommend Yotpo. To the person who gives one star for not being able to login to contact support, that is ridiculous, go to their site at https://www.yotpo.com/contact-us/ for the many ways to reach them, while you're there they have a chat you can easily use to get help, or simply email them at [email protected].
