Great Chat Support - The support I received from Arvin S thru chat was perfect. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that I had to wait over an hour until getting connected (6 people in front of me). They may need to hire more support techs or it may have just been a super busy time. Either way, Arvin solved my issue very quickly once I was connected.

Help with reviews - I recently had a great experience with Joian Z from Yotpo! I was having trouble getting my Yotpo reviews to display on my BigCommerce page, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Joian went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to go to my BigCommerce page and check the code I had pasted. He quickly found out that I was using the wrong API key, and he fixed everything for me on the spot. I was so impressed with Joian's expertise and professionalism, as well as his willingness to help me out. Thanks to him, my Yotpo reviews are now displaying perfectly on my BigCommerce page. I highly recommend Yotpo, and especially Joian, for anyone who needs help with their reviews or anything else related to ecommerce!

Great support - strong app - We have been using Yotpo for our www.kodlinusa.com website for a few month and it is working very well. Had a technical issue today and Doner was supporting us all the way thru. Great support!

annoying and intentional technical glitches - I read online reviews about how yotpo has very complicated pricing plans and feature offerings. It is really true to the point of madness. In my experience, I wanted to add yotpo to a second website. However, Yotpo requires that the email address is the same as the email address on the BigCommerce account. However, Yotpo itself doesn't allow the same email address on more than one yotpo account, unless you upgrade to the Prime account. The difference in pricing between their Growth Plan and Prime Plan is at least 50x. For example, $120 for Growth (or less) vs $6K for Prime. In my view, this is excessive for such a technical feature. It took a long time for me to figure out this was the issue not allowing my paid account to work on my 2nd website. They would not fix it for me. I went in circles with customer service and sales.

Yotpo Support Is Very Helpful - I contacted support requesting help with DNS verification so that Yotpo emails won't be marked as SPAM in my customer's inboxes. Joian Z. provided timely assistance to help me get things properly configured. Thanks Joian!

Ronel R was a Great Help! - Ronel R was a Great Help! Many features we weren't using on the basic plan and he advised how to take full advantage. We have been really pleased with the reviews we get. Somehow, most Yotpo reviews seem to be 5 stars mostly. The native BigC reviews yields a higher percentage of low reviews. But UGC, coupons, etc. make this app pretty robust and helps with Google rankings. I've been pleased.

Helpful with imports - The imports process from BigCommerce was a bit clunky, but Radley E was very helpful getting our content updated!

Customer Service help - I was having a bit of an issue getting every offered working right so I contacted them via Chat. I can tell you that if you have any concerns about this company or their app, DON'T. They help me fix all of my issues and now everything is actually better than expected.
