Bad Customer Service - I tried to get this app set up two days and I could not get anyone to help me. This company must be in a different country because there is no one to talk to during normal USA hours.

Migrated from S Loyalty - I've only been working with this system for a short time, but so far I'm super impressed with the amount of features and the level of support. It's much more robust than the system we were using previously and gives a lot more insight that we weren't getting on our old app. It's also great that I can get on chat and talk with a support team member within minutes. They have been very helpful and so far I'm really happy that we decided to switch.
