Disappointed with ROI and Upgrade Prompt - After 30 days of using Smile.io on BigCommerce, I was prompted to upgrade to the $49/month plan. In that time, I had only one customer redeem points, resulting in a single sale of $164. With such limited engagement and minimal return, I cannot justify the cost. The value just isn’t there for smaller stores or those still building a customer base. I’ve removed the app and will explore alternative loyalty programs better aligned with performance and pricing.

Customer Service - Recently Smile.io was down and we contacted customer services via email. Within minutes, Hannah responded and confirmed that engineers were already aware of an issue and working on it. The app was then back up and working really quickly, and Hannah contacted me again to confirm and check all was working well at our end. So far all interactions with customer services have been dealt with quickly and the app seems to be working smoothly and our customers seem to like it.

Great Support - Smile.io has been a great addition to our store. The interface is very easy to use, and not bloated with useless features. They also have a top notch support team that is a dream to work with. We highly recommend Smile as a loyalty integration!

Seems great - Happy with the service and app so far. I moved over to smile from stamped.io. The transition was easy, and customers like the platform. Only wish Bigcommerce stores had the same options as shopify stores.

Easy to use, great customer service. - Application was easy to implement. Email inquiries were responded to within 24 hours and reponses were very helpful.

CSV Help - Erin and Shelby helped us out to get some bulk editing going. Quick replies and ultimately helped us save a lot of time from manually editing customer accounts. Great service!

Great customer support - We have been using Smile for a few years now - Integration is easy to set up and use. Customer support is excellent. Just a little pricey. Would recommend! :)

Love my loyalty program - Had this app on my website for several years now. It was easy to set up and works great. My customers really appreciate the discounts. Had an issue with the social media not working properly due to some new conditions imposed from bigcommerce and Lynn emailed me right away after I submitted my chat questions and helped me resolve the issue effortlessly. Thank you.
