Disappointed with ROI and Upgrade Prompt - After 30 days of using Smile.io on BigCommerce, I was prompted to upgrade to the $49/month plan. In that time, I had only one customer redeem points, resulting in a single sale of $164. With such limited engagement and minimal return, I cannot justify the cost. The value just isn’t there for smaller stores or those still building a customer base. I’ve removed the app and will explore alternative loyalty programs better aligned with performance and pricing.

Customer Service - Recently Smile.io was down and we contacted customer services via email. Within minutes, Hannah responded and confirmed that engineers were already aware of an issue and working on it. The app was then back up and working really quickly, and Hannah contacted me again to confirm and check all was working well at our end. So far all interactions with customer services have been dealt with quickly and the app seems to be working smoothly and our customers seem to like it.

Great Support - Smile.io has been a great addition to our store. The interface is very easy to use, and not bloated with useless features. They also have a top notch support team that is a dream to work with. We highly recommend Smile as a loyalty integration!

Seems great - Happy with the service and app so far. I moved over to smile from stamped.io. The transition was easy, and customers like the platform. Only wish Bigcommerce stores had the same options as shopify stores.
