Customer Service - Recently Smile.io was down and we contacted customer services via email. Within minutes, Hannah responded and confirmed that engineers were already aware of an issue and working on it. The app was then back up and working really quickly, and Hannah contacted me again to confirm and check all was working well at our end. So far all interactions with customer services have been dealt with quickly and the app seems to be working smoothly and our customers seem to like it.

Love my loyalty program - Had this app on my website for several years now. It was easy to set up and works great. My customers really appreciate the discounts. Had an issue with the social media not working properly due to some new conditions imposed from bigcommerce and Lynn emailed me right away after I submitted my chat questions and helped me resolve the issue effortlessly. Using the free plan - Efficient and to the point, we love this app. For now the free plan is working great for us but we are considering upgrading in order to integrate with Judge.Me to offer rewards in exchange with Reviews. Other than that, Smile app works like a charm!!!
