Great app, great support - We've been using Smile for just about 2 years now. Easy integration, easy to use, easy to understand. Customer's engage with it and we certainly see them using it like crazy. Influences lots of revenue and buying decisions! The proof for us, though, is the support. When we had a Big Comm issue recently, the issue was solved quickly and to our satisfaction, and they really took ownership of the issue which makes me us a supporter of Smile!

Miles above our previous program - The program itself is easy to use and setup and has far more features than our older program. Support has been great.

Rewards Program setup is a Breeze! - So simple to setup and so much flexibility. So far, highly preferred over similar apps we have tested!

Responsive Customer Service - Lisa was a great customer service rep! She was thorough with her instructions and made it easy to fix what I needed.

Great support! - The chat support I've used recently a few times has been great. Overall smile.io integration works well.

Works well with some help from a web developer - This program generally works well! I needed some help from my web developer, because the reward program won't display customer rewards on their My Account page. But otherwise the program works well and I am satisfied with the results.

Upgrae/update Help - Angie and Lynn were so helpful. They both followed through with me over and over until my problem was for sure resolved. I couldn't ask for better support!

Customer Service - Their email and in-app chat was very helpful. I spoke to three separate people and all three were pivotal in helping us to understand how to get our rewards program to where it needed to be.

Useful app - We've used this for years, but recently switched to Klaviyo. Loving the integration between the two which helps us get the most from both apps.

Expensive and Fraud prevention is limited. - The fraud tools are not proactive and the best features are paid.... and very expensive.

Really good so far - We've only just installed the trial version to try out some features to start with, and we've had really good customer service so far, David kindly answered all of our questions promptly and was very helpful. Very, very interested in implementing this platform on our websites.

Whole Smile Team Rules! - The entire customer service team at Smile is stellar. They answer promptly, hand off requests seamlessly, and go above and beyond at every chance. Special shout out to Nicole, Hannah, Angie, and Lisa. :)

I've compared Smile Rewards to the other popular, well-known rewards apps and Smile Rewards are both better priced and more visually appealing.
