We are a B2B business and Smile.io really works for us - more so than offering individual product cash discounts. Great Reward Program - Nice app for designing a rewards program with many options from purchases to birthdays and much more.

It could be good... - Huge gaps that if improved would make it SO MUCH BETTER. I have a customer service team that needs access to rewards data as they assist customers over the phone. Getting them access requires them to go outside BC dashboard and sign-in via admin account @ smile.io to get what they need. Super cumbersome. HERE'S the biggest issue, when our customer service team is entering a phone order in the BigCommerce dashboard, it would make it SO MUCH BETTER if the REWARDS data would show up as available discounts so CSR team has visibility without going outside of workflow. Bottomline, we have a lot of staff members that need access to the data and it's very hard to accomplish, which equals inefficiency.

Best rewards app and excellent support - I've been super happy using Smile for my business. The rewards program is super easy to set up and manage in the dashboard, and support is is always quick and helpful. Heather is super friendly and knowledgeable. I searched and tried other platforms for months and Smile is the best rewards app I've found.

Great support and system - I've used Smile.io before and then switched to Stamped.io due to their review integration. I'm back using Smile.io because of Stamped's bad support and I'm glad I did!
