Easy and Seamless - It's amazing to us that ShipStation and BigCommerce are not the same program and company ... that work THAT well together! The seemless integration of the two make it easy for us to do business and take care of shipments. Been using both together for 2 years and it has worked great for us.

Seamless BC integration, saves me a ton of $$$ - With Shipstation we save a lot of time processing orders. The SS templates, order tracking, etc. are great. Knock on wood - have had zero problems to-date with automatic order information coming from BC to Shipstation. However, the biggest advantage with Shipstation is the UPS rate structure. I don't believe a lower UPS rate can be had. This saves us hundreds every month, and we're a small company.

Don't try to import old orders for sales insights - With daily orders and organization, it works fine. I have been using it for a few years and I haven't had any issues with it connecting to Bigcommerce. It has streamlined the orders, shipping, reordering stock and order reports. However, I had a tech issue last year where I had to end my eBay channel and add a new one. Therefore, my old eBay orders were gone from Insights. I need to see my previous sales and orders, in order to make business desicions and help customers. A rep told me I could import those orders back in. So I did. But instead of reading my .csv file of the shipped date, it put all the orders in the "awaiting shipment" file. So guess what??? They want me to pay $500 to upgrade my subscription to move the old orders I already paid for previously, to the shipped folder. I talked to 2 reps and told them that's not right for them to charge me to fix the technical issue and move this to the right folder. But according to them there was no way around that, if you move orders from awaiting shipment to shipped. Then their system will charge you. Now after spending 4 hours trying to fix this, I have to cancel the old orders and have the data disappear again. Shipstation - if the order say's "shipped" in your own .csv file, then it should import in the "shipped folder". I don't think it's right to have us pay for orders twice.

Great Integration - ShipStation integrates extremely well with BigCommerce. It has really minimized the number of steps we need to do to process an order. I highly recommend this easy to use integration!

Great Shipping Software!! - I have used ship station across 4 different companies I've owned in the last 10 years and any issues I've ever ran across (not many) have always been handled quickly! 10/10 recommend!!

Great Service and Very User Friendly - ShipStation makes my life easier! It's easy to use, efficient and affordable. It provides real time quotes to customers right at checkout and they can choose from the shippers you use (ex. USPS, UPS, etc). Everything I need is built right in. I highly recommend this app!!

ShipStation - ShipStation is amazing! We have been using ShipStation since 2019 and I wish we would have integrated this software into our business sooner! As our online business has grown, especially when the online sales soared due to COVID-19 in 2020, ShipStation gave us the tools to effectively manage and fulfill all our online orders. We pride ourselves in completing orders in one business day and ShipStation allows us to quickly print labels and schedule pick-ups for our orders. Also, as a smaller mom-and-pop shop, I have really valued and enjoyed the quick action and helpful service from ShipStation support whenever we encounter an issue. We stand behind this software and if you are not already using ShipStation, we would highly recommend trialing the software to see what ShipStation can do for you. As for us, we have been able to handle more and more shipments due to the nature of ShipStation and we look forward to seeing our online business grow more alongside this incredible software!

Workflow Streamlining - We have multiple sources of shipments that flow into ShipStation. ShipStation has enabled us full visibility to all over our deliveries, as well as allow us to choose best shipper, all in one screen. We have the enterprise plan to enable us to leverage out OCDB database which, despite being a bit tricky to setup, works flawlessly. I would like to see SS connect be implemented as a service vs an application. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied!!!!

ShipStation - Best shipping software ever! I have tried 3 or 4 other shipping programs and none of them come close to ShipStation for functionality and ease of use.

We should have made the switch sooner! - We have been using ShipStation for over a year and are very satisfied. It has greatly speed up operations and accuracy. We use it with USPS and UPS, the UPS rates integrated with ShipStation are far less than our individual discount. The only issue is BigCommerce orders are slow to load, this may be on BC end and not SS, as eBay and Amazon orders load very quickly. Keep up the good work ShipStation.

ShipStation on Big Commerce - I've been using ShipStation for a couple of years and it works well. Rating is easy and accurate, covers the shippers I use (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) and supports presets for popular single item shipments. It's easy to add manual shipments for returns and samples and most split shipments are straightforward. I run a very small hobby business and it suits my needs, and those of my customers, well.

I recommend Shipstation for your shipping needs - It has been quite the year with the pandemic and the demand for puzzles and Shipstation was our lifering for shipping needs as we were overwhelmed and they had it so we just clicked and shipped pretty much. We ship domestic and international. The ease of custom forms works for the internation sign, sign, date and enclose.
