Good Integration, Deceptive Billing & Subscription Definitions - Unlike some other reviewers, I had no trouble integrating ShipStation into my BigCommerce store. However the ultimate "gotcha" by Ship Station is that they count ALL BigCommerce monthly orders, not just the ones actually shipped via Ship Station, towards your "Shipments Per Month" total to calculate their subscription plan cost. I.E. even if your store does 1,000 orders a month, they consider you the "Silver" plan even if you only use Ship Station for less than 50 of those shipments per month. This is probably the dumbest pricing model I've ever seen. How can the term "Shipments" not be defined as "Shipments actually created using the Ship Station App"?? That left a bad taste in my mouth and gives you an idea of the type of company and people you're dealing with. So we removed our BigCommerce orders integration, and are using the "Starter" plan to manually create any shipments that we need. This company doesn't deserve more than $9.95 a month from us for sure. Too bad Ship Station, please do better.

Used to be good. Exploiting existing customers with insane price increases - This product used to be good, but lately, their Shipstation Connect program bugs out almost daily. To make everything worse, they doubled our subscription cost, and now charges us extra to use our own carriers. Turns out Auctane is monopolizing the market to price fix the shipping services, and given that businesses are so reliant on it, they know they can get away with doubling prices to screw their existing customers over. Needless to say, I will be switching to a new shipping label provider, because what they're doing is absolute bs, and I really look forward to the FTC investigation into their unethical business practices. I hope your CEO and whole executive board ends up on broke on the street or in jail. Shipstation sucks.

ShipperHQ for BigCommerce Review - After switching from GoDaddy to BigCommerce I discovered ShipperHQ for assisting with shipping rate management and checkout optimization. But what truly sets ShipperHQ apart is their outstanding customer service. Whenever I have faced any challenges or had questions about the app's functionalities, their support team is always prompt and incredibly helpful. I was guided through the setup process and have even been sent detailed step by step instructions for implementing new shipping rules. This has made implementing changes a breeze! I would definitely recommend to any business looking to expand their ecommerce arsenal.

Ship Stationcant connect to Big Commerce - Tried to get support from Ship Station and the support is terrible. Chatted with a guy for over 1 hour and got no where with him. Looking to change softwares. If you can't pickup a phone and log on to the computer to fix a 5-10 minute issue I do not need to pay you every month. I am sure some company will realize that communication is very important today.

sad - well it did work good once but now horrible. Customer support will put in a ticket but nothing resolved or they can't find anything wrong which clearly there is. The upgrade really killed them.

ShipStation DOESN'T Work - The integration and importing over DOESNT Work. It works sometimes, but you will have upset customers because YOU can't see their orders because it doesn't import over and when they call you about their order its to late and you will have to refund them back the customers money and you will lose customers!

Don't Even Try - I would love to give this app zero stars. For starters, despite claiming they integrate with UPS they dont. You get stuck in this endless loop where it says youve added UPS to your shipping options in Shipstation but you didnt. Today I found it has been drastically undercharging all my customers for shipping costs. I lost over $100 in shipping costs today alone because the actual shipping costs are much higher! I have everything setup right, their product is absolutely broken and useless. Oh, and support is nonexistent. Run away from this app!

Hope you don't need Ship station support - The customer support is ridiculous. That is if you can call it support. My issue is that it will not download some of the orders from eBay. Out of 50 orders, it will not download 10 or 12 orders . I contacted them and they supposely expedited to their Senior Supporters. You get zero communication from them or if they are trying to fix it or not. We have been using it for three years and have tried every trick we know to get working but to no avail. The true pain is that we have to enter these orders manually every day. All you get are canned responses.

Good features, always running, and very helpful customer support! - ShipStation is my favorite BigCommerce app vendor. Their feature set does what we need it to do, the software experiences fewer outages than any other app, and when I do need help, their customer support is first rate.

Great till something goes wrong - They will not offer any support what so ever After 7 days and Me and stamps,com looking into thing and sending it all to shipstaion showing the error to be with them they refused to help. 8 days and all I have got are emails that says they same thing " have you checked with Stamps,com " was happy for 2 years but the minute something went wrong I found out they have NO SUPPORT

Easy to use - Shipstation is easy to use and I recommend it to any small businesses. I have used Shipstation for years for companies that are only shipping out 5 orders a day to others that shipped out 2000 in a day with multiple computers and users. I have used shipstation for my personal business for 6 years and for the most part it has been flawless and fits our needs. If you need more than this, then are you entering WMS System territory.

Good integration - Shipstation is a good product and is a nice step up from the shipping system available on BigCommerce. This integration is solid too, I haven't had any problems with order or tracking synchronization between the systems.

Terrible - Save yourself - I've spent two months working with their "support" and "onboarding specialist" to try to get this application working with BigCommerce. THey have technical issues that won't allow it ever to connect properly and cannot seem to fix it. Save yourself all the hassle of their suggestions of wiping all computer cookies clean of all time and rebooting and reinstalling and logging in and out. It does not help. Find another solution and you'll thank me for saving you all the time/frustration. Argh Shipstation.

TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE - We are paying $150 a month for "priority service" and these useless people don't even pick up the phone. The app has many issues and has taken us 3 weeks to get setup after moving to BigCommerce. ALL WE WANT TO DO IS INTEGRATE WITH SHIPPER HQ, but we cannot do it, there are many backend errors.

Best shipping platform, WORST customer service! - We have been using them for years, but always trying to find a better platform. There is none out there, though I hope one comes out soon and we will switch in a heartbeat. They would get 5 stars, but their customer service is the worst. I mean worse than ATT and the cable companies. When something is clearly wrong on their side, they never fix it. If you talk (via email or chat only) to customer service about an obvious issue and they say "we will add it to the road map." or "will add that feedback to recommend features," your problem will never get fixed, you just have to accept it and try and work around it. Paying $29.99 and $49.99 in the holiday season, still no phone number for support, there is no excuse.

Very easy to use - Not only does shipstation save you time and money, the app integrates well with bigcommerce. It pulls all the customers information from their order and all we need to do is input package dimensions/weight. Once the package is shipped it updates your bigcommerce order to shipped and auto-fills the tracking number for your customer on the bigcommerce dashboard. I was skeptical about these guys at first, but I am so glad I tried the free trial. It saves us a ton of money from the negotiated rates I tried through UPS myself. Definitely a must have for a small business like us who ships 8-12 shipments a week.
