no changes have been made - You still have not fix the issue I am having in the shipping rates. It still does not show me all of my choices in order for me to select the lowest price. It shows it in the quote link but not when I am trying to create a shipping label. I have created a dummy order like you wanted me to but have not heard back and no changes have taken place. Horrific service - Incomprehensible how rude and unresponsive these people are. I have written maybe 5 reviews of products or services in my life. This was such a bad customer experience I sought out the Review section of the BigCommerce back end. I'm sure its all my fault though. You can speak to a customer service person during the free trial, but once you are a paying customer you are on your own. If you are highly technical and like figuring these sorts of things out yourself, this might be a great solution for you. If you just want a solution that can be set up quickly and helps make your life more efficient this is the last solution on earth you should want to consider.

GREAT SERVICE! - Perhaps one of my favorite apps on BC. It is fast, easy, and makes sense. I just wish that it could create shipping rules and would allow some way to approve of shipping Li-ion batteries. I really don't like Shipper HQ.

Do not migrate to the new version...it doesn't work with BigCommerce - We have been using Shipstation for over 8 years. We attempted the migration three weeks ago and it hasn't worked since. We've had to move to a new shipping provider because the integrations between our BigCommerce stores and ShipStation no longer work. Our case has been escalated and yet no one at ShipStation can seem to figure out why it won't work. We've lost all of our data for the month. The new layout is kludgy, the weight scales no longer work consistently and syncing of orders is hit or miss. We switched to ShippingEasy and so far so good. However, if you switch to ShippingEasy, do not install "ConnectEasy" as a Windows service; it will print everything twice.

Not bidirectional integration - Shipstation does not have two-way integration with BigCommerce. Few if any do, and no 3PL that we can find have an API. Bigcommerce also seems to gloss over this major gap, which puts the seller in the pickle to either fund a custom built API, or to do daily manual reconciling of inventory. Be cautious reading all these reviews about these platforms and when interviewing a new 3PL. Know what you're asking and what they mean by "integration." What is talked about here is NOT true integration in any sense that a business needs it integrated.

Very helpful - Michael was very knowledgeable with all of my questions, he was also very nice to talk to on the phone and helpful. We love using ShipStation and we recommend it to everyone. Very user friendly and quick to use and navigate. Thanks again Michael for your assistance and expertise.

EBAY Ship Station question - Today's conversation was very helpful. I asked a question about the EBAY store on Ship Station and I was given a quick tutorial on how to navigate the site better and tailor it to my needs to continue to work on orders while keeping other orders on hold with a hold feature. I have been using ship station for about 3 months but EBAY is new for us within the last month. Now I feel more comfortable with the current system after talking to Michael and receiving some help. Live Chat is a joke - Use Shipping Easy or Shipworks - Why does it take like 10 screens and 30 clicks to get to chat? It is nearly impossible to even find it. I find that beyond insulting!!! Stop telling customers you have "live chat" as an option when they sign up!! You do your damndest to avoid chat by hiding it and making it impossible for most people to reach you!!If you use PayPal for labels and a store you can't print right from PayPal anymore because it will duplicate orders in your ShipStation account. It's like a bunch of high school kids wrote the SS software. They don't fix what needs fixed.

Ship Station Review - Shipstation has been a easy integration, super easy simple and incredible support team. Even at the introduction level the features are amazing. they offer some features that some paid services offer even at there intermediate level. This is a great application for entry level businesses. I would recommend this app to any business from entry level to enterprise level. amazing I can't say enough.

Reliable and Hugh number of Integrations - We have used Shipstation for years. Every time we look for another implementation it is already developed and ready to plug in. Very rarely need support as everything works once hooked up. I have only contacted support a couple of times and they always got a resolution quickly. I recommend Shipstation to ANYONE and everyone shipping on a regular basis.

Best Shipping App for Small Retailers - We couldn't be happier with ShipStation. You get a lot of features for very little money. Love how I can brand and customize my emails without being a coder. Wish inventory management was a bit more robust, but what can I say - its a shipping program.

Reliable solution - We have been using ShipStation for some time. It makes our shipping process much quicker, easier, and more accurate. Setting up the software was easy and it integrates well BigCommerce. The few times we needed support from ShipStation support, they were responsive and very helpful. I am very pleased with this app and would recommend it to others.

Makes Shipping Easy - I have been using ShipStation for a couple of years and it has made my shipping so much easier. Everything is in one place for easy reference, it has an abundance of available reports and transitional emails can be customized. Anytime I have had problems, the customer service has been timely.

Customer support is in the toilet now - These guys used to be good when I first started using them. Now they have no way to talk to a human and it's a bunch of bots and run around to get any info. Sad, wouldn't recommend.

Fails Too Often - Too often if fails to return a shipping quote and instead returns an error that a shipping quote cannot be obtained. The error is incorrect because we have sold the items in that order many times. We can also enter the same order to the same zip code manually in our store front end. We have tried to get help from Shipstation, but they say this is not their problem.
