Not as advertised - Advertised as multi store compatible, but it really isn't. No way to have shipping rules at the site level. They also told us no one was available to walk us through the platform and show us how to get set up. Would recommend going a different route.

packing slips - I would be happy with this company, but the packing slip is atrocious. They want you to buy an upgrade plan in order to actually have a packing slip that is usable. The print is so small, and thin you cannot see it and the lines are close together. You can't put any images on it. the technology is there, they have images on their pick list however, the pick list has no customer name so you can easily transpose orders using the picklist. You can fulfill your order from your monitor and it's quite good but if you actually try to fill the order from the packing slip or pick list. Good luck!

Good Integration, Deceptive Billing & Subscription Definitions - Unlike some other reviewers, I had no trouble integrating ShipStation into my BigCommerce store. However the ultimate "gotcha" by Ship Station is that they count ALL BigCommerce monthly orders, not just the ones actually shipped via Ship Station, towards your "Shipments Per Month" total to calculate their subscription plan cost. I.E. even if your store does 1,000 orders a month, they consider you the "Silver" plan even if you only use Ship Station for less than 50 of those shipments per month. This is probably the dumbest pricing model I've ever seen. How can the term "Shipments" not be defined as "Shipments actually created using the Ship Station App"?? That left a bad taste in my mouth and gives you an idea of the type of company and people you're dealing with. So we removed our BigCommerce orders integration, and are using the "Starter" plan to manually create any shipments that we need. This company doesn't deserve more than $9.95 a month from us for sure. Too bad Ship Station, please do better.

sad - well it did work good once but now horrible. Customer support will put in a ticket but nothing resolved or they can't find anything wrong which clearly there is. The upgrade really killed them.

Hope you don't need Ship station support - The customer support is ridiculous. That is if you can call it support. My issue is that it will not download some of the orders from eBay. Out of 50 orders, it will not download 10 or 12 orders . I contacted them and they supposely expedited to their Senior Supporters. You get zero communication from them or if they are trying to fix it or not. We have been using it for three years and have tried every trick we know to get working but to no avail. The true pain is that we have to enter these orders manually every day. All you get are canned responses.

Best shipping platform, WORST customer service! - We have been using them for years, but always trying to find a better platform. There is none out there, though I hope one comes out soon and we will switch in a heartbeat. They would get 5 stars, but their customer service is the worst. I mean worse than ATT and the cable companies. When something is clearly wrong on their side, they never fix it. If you talk (via email or chat only) to customer service about an obvious issue and they say "we will add it to the road map." or "will add that feedback to recommend features," your problem will never get fixed, you just have to accept it and try and work around it. Paying $29.99 and $49.99 in the holiday season, still no phone number for support, there is no excuse.

no changes have been made - You still have not fix the issue I am having in the shipping rates. It still does not show me all of my choices in order for me to select the lowest price. It shows it in the quote link but not when I am trying to create a shipping label. I have created a dummy order like you wanted me to but have not heard back and no changes have taken place. Live Chat is a joke - Use Shipping Easy or Shipworks - Why does it take like 10 screens and 30 clicks to get to chat? It is nearly impossible to even find it. I find that beyond insulting!!! Stop telling customers you have "live chat" as an option when they sign up!! You do your damndest to avoid chat by hiding it and making it impossible for most people to reach you!!If you use PayPal for labels and a store you can't print right from PayPal anymore because it will duplicate orders in your ShipStation account. It's like a bunch of high school kids wrote the SS software. They don't fix what needs fixed.

Not for us - Eva and Garrett with the onboarding team were great to work with. Here are a couple of the issues we have with ShipStation:Slow to resolve problems. I opened a support ticket on Mar 11. On April 1 they were continuing to investigate the problem. On April 14 they reached out to me and determined the best resource would be to reach out to FedEx. All shipping labels are created as going to a commercial address and you do not have the ability to change between residential or commercial addresses. We pay a residential delivery fee which is never shown in ShipStation. We ship long packages which normally incur additional handling surcharges which do not display accurately. This means when I am comparing the shipping rates between carriers, I am not getting the accurate price.You do not have the ability to edit the shipping label due to "carrier requirements". This does not make sense because I am trying to add information that is printed out on our FedEx labels when we print them from FedEx ship manager. I am sure ShipStation works for some businesses, but we did not find it very useful.

Not always reliable - About 90% of US Postal Service shipments go well, but some shipment addresses are being rejected. When I enter them manually through the USPS website, there is no problem.Also tried to add UPS shipping service but get an error message relating to US Postal Service. Tech support suggested to get in touch with stamps.com, which has nothing to do with UPS.I will switch to another shipping service.

Invalid token issues like everyone else - I don't want to be overly negative and give it 1 star... because when I log into Shipstation directly via my web browser the app seems to magically appear on my BigCommerce dashboard and work okay. But if I do NOT do that, the app does NOT work well at all. It keeps dying and giving invalid token messages that most people below are receiving as well. When you get such messages, it's impossible to use the app on BigCommerce, total fail. The glowing positive reviews are not "legitimate" reviews from my user experience. Too many of us all experience the same thing, if you have the app you know what I mean. In reality we all suffer the same problem and it looks to be an ongoing one that remains unresolved. This unpredictable functionality renders the app very clunky and unreliable, orders do not sync and you don't even know it unless you check the app to see you're in the good old "Invalid Token" situation. So the app clearly has bugs that Shipstation urgently should resolve if it wants a decently useful app on BigCommerce. Until then, it's a semi-functional app at best if we are all being honest and telling the truth.

Great Product/POOR SUPPORT - To be honest this is a great product but you are pretty much on your own, if you have any issues or problems do not expect to get any help. They do not have an actual phone number to speak with a live person so everything is done via email or chat. They advertise a 60 day trial if you upgrade from stamps.com but in reality its a false statement, they only give you 30 days and good luck trying to get resolved. I just gave up.
