Overall - We were a bit bummed that BC's limitations were requiring an additional app to get our shipping quotes accurate for our customers. It was a big problem and we were losing customers because of shipping costs being inaccurate. We decided to go ahead and fix it right away. ShipperHQ was the solution. Casey was awesome and the initial setup is not too difficult. Now we have box sizes entered and a few rules and groups in place and this has fixed our issues. Of all the software's we are using, this is the only one that hasn't presented an issue or need for additional software or app. The pricing is high but for us it should pay for itself with the amount of abandoned carts it will save. Thanks again Casey it was a pleasure working with you.

Shipper HQ is simply amazing! - I've been a customer since 2016 and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Their customer support is outstanding and always goes above and beyond to ensure our business needs are met. Excellent - We have been using the ShipperHQ app for our store for the past few months and are extremely impressed with its features and functionality. The app is incredibly user-friendly and makes it easy to set up and manage shipping rates. The integration was seamless and the ability to customise and set rules has saved us a lot of time and hassle. We also appreciate the detailed and swift support provided by the team, whenever you reach out to them their answers are helpful and detailed. I can't recommend the app enough! - A must have for any BigCommerce store. We have multiple stores that use ShipperHQ and can't imagine doing business without it. The out of the box BC shipping settings leave so much to be desired and ShipperHQ saves the day. The level of customization allowed with this app ensures that even your most demanding customers are happy with the shipping they receive. Amazing customer service with chat agents that are always able to answer your questions on how to accomplish what you're looking to do and if they can't do it on the spot they follow up in no time. ShipperHQ is a non-negotiable for our businesses and I assure you that you won't regret using them.

Best customer service of any app! - The customer service is better than any other app I use, which is close to 20 through BC app store. Solid product that allows me to compete and surpass competitor websites. Happy all around.

Easy, adaptable, reliable - The perfect app for configuring your shipping prices by referring to zone, price and weight. Easy to use, quick to adjust and, unlike many add-on apps, has been 100% glitch free in the 2 years we've been using it. Strongly recommended.

Exceptionally powerful and customizable - I never imagined that a piece of softward could be savvy enough to reflect the intricate realities of shipping, but this product/service does it! And if you don't know how to "talk" to shipper HQ to tell it how pack and ship your products, their team will work closely with you remotely to teach you exactly what you need to know to get everything set up. Absolutely amazing. AND they will work with you and your budget and you will get excellent service regardless. SO PLEASED!

Very Helpful Support and Great app - We have used ShipperHQ since day one with our store. The app is very intuitive and scales to our needs instantly. Their support team is beyond helpful. They are lightning fast in replying to tickets, very pleaseent, professional and most importantly, helpful! They have fixed several issues that I created and helped me to understand the ins and outs of my errors. Couldnt be happier!

Works Like It Should - We added ShipperHQ in October leading into our busy season. Obviously not the ideal time to implement a big change like adding expedited shipping, but ShipperHQ and Casey did a great job working quickly with us to get everything set up the way we needed and live in about 2 weeks. Everything is running smoothly the first 2 weeks and even when we've had some hiccups the ShipperHQ team has been quick to help.

Use if you need it - This app is not simple to set up, and has very limited support to help you get the shipping rates functioning. Getting the pricing right on freight and dimensional weights took a lot of trial and error. The lower end pricing options also come with very limited functionality, so you end up paying even more for an already overpriced app just to get core features. When they increased the price from $100 to $180 for our plan, we decided to cancel and handle freight quotes another way.

Good functionality, mediocre support & pricing - The functionality works, their admin looks nice, and is relatively easy to use. It's too bad their pricing model stinks. We were fine with it until they told us our pricing would be more than double at renewal for all our sites to keep the features we wanted. They locked important features we were using behind higher paid tiers. Plus, I was never a fan of the monthly rate limit requests and that determining the baseline plan you need. It's nice that they give discounts for paying annual and having multiple stores, but more than doubling our price was too much so we switched to another service. Their response times were also mediocre for us. I would have expected much quicker for how much we were paying. I know I'm not the only one disappointed by these changes, so hopefully they'll listen and get better.

Poor Business Model - ShipperHQ is decent at what it does - but what it does is not rocket science. It is way over priced for the basic features. Furthermore, it limits what should be built-in functions (like determining residential vs. commercial address) on the lower tier pricing plans. The basic tiers leave off just enough to be very limiting and force you to a higher tier. To top off the already over-priced model - they just informed me of 180% price increase. This is absurd - The price increase only gives 30 days notice - so I now have to complete my redesign of the website within the next 30 days as I will not be continuing to use the service at $180/month.

Very Useful App - I have been using ShipperHQ for several years. Most of the items I offer on my website are drop shipped by the companies I work with. They are in very different locations across the country. ShipperHQ makes it possible to calculate accurate shipping costs for each origin and specific types of packaging. It is versatile, which also makes it complex to setup. I contacted support several times and received useful help each time. You mainly need to be aware that specific rules may supersede global settings. ShipperHQ helps me ensure I'm am charging fair shipping prices for my customers.

Good APP with horrible support - I don't love to leave negative reviews but I wanted to warn others about this company. Fedex and others promote this app/company as something great and to an extent, they are good at what they do. The app has a lot of features to help your business. The cost is a bit high for what it is though. The worst part is honestly the support team. I practically NEVER have anyone answer the phone when I call. The time of day does not matter, they simply never answer. So you decide to email them, expecting a modestly quick reply. Days can go by without a reply for the most simple of requests. I used them on two websites but now we will use them on none. Business owners need answers quickly to questions and problems when they pop up. This company CAN NOT offer you that quick response. The Advanced Shipping Manager can and that is where we are going.

Beware continued charges - We canceled Shipper HQ in May and apparently if you don't also contact them, instead of just cancelling on Bigcommerce, they continue to charge you until you figure it out. I love how companies let you sign up on Bigcommerce, take your money, but them make you jump through all kinds of hoops in order to cancel. oh, also, when you do realize they have not canceled, it's "their" policy not to refund you. What a dam joke! Not an honest company.

Unresponsive at best - Our experience is that they just don't provide the support they promised. We had a database issue that needed resolving before moving forward. They assured us a 9 day turn around after that with the additional fee for their support. I have had to call & email to get support multiple times. No answer at 2:30pm their time on a Monday. When they do contact us they are polite but there is no follow through and I've been bounced around to different account support people despite being told I had an account manager. We are frustrated. You are better off not paying for support.

FRUSTRATING - I feel so frustrated with the team at Shipper HQ. I bought the higher-priced package because they claim to offer phone support but they don't. It's not all that complicated but they make it so to create rules, boxes, etc., but they make it so. I had to wait a week before my account manager actually got back to me on a major issue affecting my business. Instead of calling, they'll just send you a link but no follow through. You don't feel like you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, it's the only shipping app that can create special rules so I have to use them but if there was another option, I'd go with that.
