So Many Charges - We've been using this for 6 months. It's costing a crazy amount to just list multiple shipping rates. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Want to offer free pickup AND shipping options? Charge. Want to have the app and use it? Extra charge.

removes feature sets to drive custom development - We have been using ShipperHQ at an enterprise level for nearly three years. Recently, we attempted to implement a simple shipping rule: free shipping on orders over $500 and a flat fee for anything under that amount. This functionality is explicitly documented in their FAQ and listed as one of their features. However, we discovered that the basic ability to apply a flat fee to the entire cart is missing.When we contacted their support team, they falsely claimed that this feature has never existed, which is blatantly untrue. Not only is it documented, but I have personally used it in the past. After their so-called "further investigation," they admitted they couldn’t find a solution and instead suggested I pay them for "custom development" to add a feature they already advertise and claim to offer.This is appalling behavior. I already pay this company thousands of dollars every month, and now they expect me to pay even more for something that should be included. Their actions are dishonest and utterly unacceptable.

Great support - We have used ShipperHQ for several years now. Recently we re-platformed from Magento to BigCommerce, the team at ShipperHQ made the transition seamless. Regular check ins with the progress and excellent support throughout as we transitioned.

Customer Support - Joel was very helpful in researching our shipping issue, providing a comprehensive and detailed response to help us find a solution. His promptness in responding was greatly appreciated. We are very happy with the ShipperHQ team's service.

Couldn't Do it Without Them - ShipperHQ's App and service is expensive and complicated, that much is true as mentioned on other reviews. But the product does work. When dealing with as many shipping variables and shipping partners as we do (over 50 origins) our BigCommerce site simply wouldn't work without them. Ivan and Ibraheem are their best service reps.

Complicated and Costly - It is difficult to setup. We read the reviews and saw were people got great help, but it was just ok for us. More like point you in a direction, say things we didn't understand, and expect us to figure it out. We canceled this service after having it for a year. It cost so much if you need just an additional rule. The price jump is high.

Horrible Support - Support is horrible. I have been trying to get this app working correctly for a couple weeks and no one will help me.
