Not intuitive app with frequent annoying changes - The app interface is poorly designed for customer searches and repeat shipping, and they make unannounced and non-optional frequent changes. Earlier this year they added a Shippo insurance option to every transaction that has to be deselected each time, adding a minimum of 1 extra click to every label. If you miss it, you have to cancel the label and make a new one or eat their extra charge. Recently they changed the time to delivery on mailing options from # of days (1 day, 3 days, etc.) to a date, so now you have to keep a calendar handy to see when your package will be delivered, which is tricky for weekend sensitive shipping items. We have used Shippo for 3 years but have had enough.

No integration with BigCommerce - Just goes round and round in circles and won't integrate properly. Pants!

No live shipping rates for Bigcommerce - No live shipping rates for Bigcommerce! That is ridiculous. Why offer a service on BigCommerce that does not integrate with it?

Very poor app and service - Set Up App, Go To Ship And They Charge Us $25.00 But Then Deny Us To Make A Label Unless We Take A Picture Of A Drivers License Or Passport To Get Access. Never Said Anything About This Part Of Things Until After They Took The Money.

Works amazing! - I've been using Shippo now for a couple of years, and I can only say positive things about this app. It works smoothly and is easy to use.

No customer service at all - We've been trying to reach customer care since friday due to orders not importing and their company does not seem to care that we are shut down and at a stand still, so we're going to use something else, because their service is TERRIBLE

Great Shipping Program - I have been using this shipping program going on 5 years when I first had my site thru GoDaddy and have never had issues and the fact there is no monthly fee is a big plus. I've tried others but always come back to Shippo.
