Customer Support is outstanding. - Customer Support is outstanding. They listen to your ideas and feedback. You see your suggestions in future updates. If they have a feature you need and they don't have they have great API's so you can extended the software to met your needs.

When I first started Logistics - When I first started Logistics, I was thrown into Warehouse Management and was introduced to 3PL. At first the product was intimidating since being new, I was afraid to mess up. However, as soon as I started getting more comfortable, I realized that the software is super easy to use and if you were to make mistakes, there are multiple solutions do fix them. Customer Support and the Help Center really take you a long way as there's information that is meant to help you for any cases.

3PL Review - Overall, I'm content with using 3PL Chinadivision because it's what I've known to use for the past 2 years and it's grown upon me.

Order functionality and support isextremally poor - Did provide us with better visibility of inventory however the order functionality and the API connections to clients are very poor and continually have issues. Support is poor at best, non responsive and rarely addresses root causes, continually just kicks the issue down the road with a bandaid patch.
