Incredible Solution - RTSQ was the only freight/parcel quoting app we could get behind with our BigCommerce store. ShipperHQ had too many red flags and concerns with their pricing. Highly recommend this company's products/services. Paul has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very Satisfied - Highly Recommend - Super easy to configure and use. I've used similar software in the past and they were complicated and clunky. RTSQ simplified the process and even with a minor issue (which was quickly fixed by their tech support team) it works consistently and accurately. Pricing is reasonable and communication is exceptional.

Really happy with this app - After getting nickeled and dimed to death using ShipperHQ I was so happy to find this app. It offered everything we needed for a third of the cost. The pricing is very straight forward and easy to understand.I think it is a relatively newer app so I was a bit hesitant to install it but so glad we did. As mentioned it does everything ShipperHQ did plus a lot more and a third of the cost. It took a short bit to get everything set up (similar to ShipperHQ) but wasn't bad. Admittedly, we did have a couple bugs at first but there customer service is top notch and had fixes almost instantly. I would definitely recommend this app.
