Highly Recommend, Easy to Use, Amazing Support! - I would absolutely recommend the UPS Shipping Dashboard app to any business that uses UPS as their shipping carrier.I will try to keep this review short even though there is much I can say about this App, their amazing support/development team and how they played a major role in helping a small family business. Our shipping manager of 15+ years who is NOT technically inclined told us that he finally has a tool made for someone like him.Configuring this app is both easy and very straight forward. One of the best things about this app is that it provides everything you need for managing your shipments all in one place. While I understand every business has their own requirements/procedures, one thing that truly does stand out is that the support/development team actually listen to your recommendations and feedback. Many features now available within the UPS Shipping Dashboard exist because we simply asked for them and they listened/acted on it. They actually want to improve their users experience by making the app better. I rarely see exceptional support these days from companies that you spends thousands or more with. To see such high quality support from an app that provides so much and costs nothing far exceeds my expectation.I could keep going on in detail, however I think whoever reads this will get the point quickly.
