Amazing Program - We have been using Omnisend for all of our email marketing needs for years now and have nothing but amazing things to say. They have every feature we need, and when they don't, they are willing to work with our team to come up with a solution. Overall, we are very happy with the platform and Omnisend support team!

Easy to use! - We switched over from MailChimp to Omnisend. Although a little pricier, it's definitely a MUCH better platform. Super intuitive, easy to use templates and great support from our rep helping us with the integration, migration and setup.

Great emailing platform - We have used Omnisend for almost a year now. They interrelate well into Bigcommerce and are available to help if you get stuck on something. They continue to push out updates that make their app even easier to use.

Great Software! & Support! - I was using other email marketing and Omnisend has been the best hands down! Slick and intuitive, and their support is great and usually reply in minutes. Highly recommend! Also the support is great even no matter what it is, usually it's pretty immediate but sometimes can be longer but they Will get it right! And then it's such better designing and data and everything compared to say MailChimp. Mailchimp's mobile popup is ridiculous and a waste of time and money, and even the mail chimp IP addresses that are used to send emails are Blacklisted with spam monitors, while Omnisend has none! Or at the least the IP that sent my emails. So it's definitely worth it! Get it! Better than all the others. And Everyone of their support are Great, I would mention names but Everyone has been such an incredible help.

Wonderful! - Omnisend is fantastic! It is a great system to use, and is quite powerful in its capabilities. Sydney and her team have been absolutely wonderful for suggestions and support!

Not able to connect Bigcommerce store - When connecting my store Omnisend sends me to Bigcommerce login then back to connect your store and then back to login, connect your store,...

works great for my store - I was able to import the products directly from the store including images, pricing and description in seconds. I love the templates and it took me about 3 minutes from start to finish to get my message out.

Not impressed - on the free plan you can only send 100 emails day one 125 on day 2 and it increases 25% each day due to best practices, although as you read through you find best practices do not count on premium plan! Importing the emails was crap as they did not map them properly so I gained 323 emails in one day trying to segment the emails takes forever, the system is not friendly when it comes to dividing the emails and you end up doing a lot of manual work.the test emails for my campaign never arrived despite 3 attemptsBUT ON TRYING TO SEND MY FIRST 100 I FOUND I COULD NOT SEND THEM AS THE 3 TEST EMAILS COUNTED OFF MY 100 SO I COULD ONLY SEND 97

Good value for money on starter plan - It's good value for money and seems to be working fine. I'm however not prepared to pay $100 a month once I exceed the standard plan thresh hold. They need to evaluate their pricing.

The "free" option is limited to 2000 emails per day. In addition, Omnisend just refuses to connect to my store. Too many glitches. Not worth the price. In addition, their customer service is horrible. They have no idea what they're doing. My store wouldn't connect, but they didn't know how to help. Ummmm isn't that your job??? They don't allow third party emails, such as gmail, for the "sender" emails. They advertise that they do, but then they flag and ban your campaigns if you try to use a third party email. So, they're liars and scammers. There is just so much wrong with Omnisend.Go with somebody else! Avoid at all costs! You've been warned!

Operation Support - We were having a difficult time testing our discount code hours before launching. We began a chat with Alex at Omnisend for help. He was very patient and thorough. He even checked back on the status of our progress and even though we were still struggling, Alex walked us through step by step until we reached success. That's the definition of Customer Support!!!

A Great Experience! - Our experience has been awesome from the start on all fronts. Great product, great service, exceptional support. Looking forward to all of the features this platform has to offer but really impressed with what OMNISEND is already doing for us. Our campaigns are getting great results and the automation feature is powerful, a big plus for us and our customers, perfect for the e-commerce space we’re in (abandoned cart integration w/Big Commerce is amazing). Did we mention the Omnisend Support Team...knowledgeable, personable and always there to help, strategizing and getting us ready for next steps that fit OUR needs. Bottom line, powerful email and marketing tool, we already see the value, we’re glad we made the move to OMNISEND, a big WIN for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Scam - There is a Recurring Charge! - Don't recommend. The price is not worth it. It is confusing to put together and there is a lie that there is no recurring fee. You get 1000 free emails that really aren't free because you can't set anything up. Welcome emails you have to pay for. Reminder emails you have to pay for. Abandoned carts you have to pay for. So they supposedly give you 1000 emails of nothing. It is a scam and not worth bothering with. I do not recommend. There are better apps and TRULY free ones that work effectively.
