Easy to use email marketing - This is a easy to use email marketing app, that is nice for less tech savvy individuals such as myself. The price is the best on the market. Now the only downside that is a bit of an issue is if your into certain categories of products you sell, they will claim it's regulated and not allow you to use the sms part of the service. I know other services out there that will let you use sms but your paying a bunch more for just sms service.

works great for my store - I was able to import the products directly from the store including images, pricing and description in seconds. I love the templates and it took me about 3 minutes from start to finish to get my message out.

Excellent email marketing app - Made the switch from Mailchimp to Omnisend a few years ago. The process of installing Omnisend to the BC website was very simple (in fact everything seemed to happen by magic). Very good documentation and resources for onboarding (though some of the videos are too long for my short attention span). The automation workflow was quite intuitive and easy to set up - the hard part was to figure out what's best for you! Some of the template setups were a little confusing at the start, but I got used to it. The tech support was excellent and very responsive, and that's one of the reasons I picked Omnisend in the first place, and they didn't disappoint even when I became a customer (some other apps tend to be responsive at the start, but once they got your business, they are not so great.... not the case for Omnisend).

So far so good! - So far I really like how it works! Seems to have some great features.

Trouble connecting to store - Nice app, but difficulties with connecting to the standard sign up form. Other than that it lets you create beautiful newsletters easily. The product picker is a great feature.

Seemingly good app, but compatibility issues with Stencil - Easy to install and user friendly outside of specific Stencil issues. Not all of their features are compatible with the Stencil template like cart recovery, reactivation and welcome email issues also. Disappointing they didn't mention this beforehand. CS is pretty responsive, however many reps are in different time zones.

Simply Great, User Friendly! - I have been using Soundest email marketing app for my ecommerce store for last several weeks and I am very impressed with this app many versatile features that makes launching email marketing campaigns for businesses like mine a breeze. In a nutshell, I would say this app from Soundest is simply great, effective, and user friendly. Strongly recommend this app for creating and launching email marketing campaigns for ecommerce or other businesses.

Love It so Far - Love the transparency of the app installation!! Hopefully it bringsme in clients. I'll update as time progresses.

Awesome Email App - From start to finish the folks over at Soundest have been a great help. Their software easily integrates and allows me to create engaging content. They still have a little room for improvement in order to go toe to toe against Mailchimp (they need automated transactional email and emails that get sent X days after a purchase) but overall I'm pleased.

Application -

I have used the application and it is very basic. The support from the team is great and they always come back to a person. I have had a few hiccups in the past with it but nothing major. When I want to send something fast I use Soundest otherwise I use sendinblue.com as I found it much cheaper and more sophisticated as I can do much more in sedinblue.com

Excellent Solution -

Excellent solution. Very easy to use. Would recommend to everyone. Would love more integration into bigcommerce templates as a whole. Generally reliable though there's been several times that service was down or something was being updated as to not make the app usable. 

Good -

The emails look very professional. We had had some on and off again technical issues and I have seen very little revenue from the abandon cart saver so far but it is reasonably priced for what you get so recommend over all. I do wish the videos function would work.
